Please don’t accept above your medical center capability. I spent more than 2 hours in a cue . 2- where is the refund options as you provided on your application !! It is all about money . What a waste of time and money . At the end I went to a hospital and did my covid 19 test , it was so simple , express and easy . ### 1/5 — Error messages *2021-01-02, version 11.12.2* Tried to book an appointment numerous times and After concluding the payment details I’m getting an error message ### 1/5 — Dysfunctional App *2020-12-04, version 11.2.5* The rescheduling feature does not work. The appointments booked don’t show up on the calendar. Was told to delete and reinstall to fix the issues. Did that but still no luck. Very frustrating. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2020-10-27, version 11.2.5* App is required in order to print important documents for travel, yet the app does not allow you to simply create a user profile, the icons are not intuitive, the customer call center is not 24 hours. An absolute joke. After downloading the app, there is no first time user portal to set up a user account, it simply says enter your username and password, if you try and select forgot user name and password it asks for your Emirates ID and of course says user not found. Additionally ,trying to navigate is a nightmare as there are icons to use with no idea of what each icon is used for, once you select the icon you may not be able to back out and go to previous screen, it may be necessary to exit the app entirely and then re-enter and start over. Other users say it is not possible to add family members , so what happens when a family needs to travel and needs access to official paperwork? Customer service is not open 24 hours, insult to injury. Any mandated paperwork is not always available, so when you have an issue you better hope it is during their business hours. ### 1/5 — Bad upgrade *2020-10-24, version 11.2.5* The application does not login after upgrading it . Also feature like forget password does not work . To begin with, the app crashes extremely frequently. Also as a visitor, you’re required to register with a UAE phone number beginning with +05, and it needs to match the format. Finally, the payment system doesn’t work with foreign credit cards — I tried multiple times over the course of a week and half. Look up “24 Hour Drive-Thru PCR Tests” and use those instead. Bring your passport & address of current residence. Or you could take a gamble with the airport’s PCR tests. Good luck, travelers. ### 1/5 — Contact number issues *2021-09-14* As I’m a visitor from India I’m using my roaming number ... the site is not taking it & asking for valid contact number. How much more valid does it have to be ??? ### 1/5 — “Something went wrong” *2021-08-22, version 11.22* I entered 4 of our 5 people into the covid testing booking and the app said “something went wrong.” Had to re-enter all over again. Second time this morning that this happened. Also, why do we need to re-enter data each time? Couldn’t the app save profiles for each person? Booking would be much faster that way. ### 1/5 — App not updating *2021-07-11, version 11.22* As of 24 June, 2021, this app is not updating PCR test results. Also, past PCR tests for January 2021 through 30 May 2021 have disappeared. There is no way to contact anyone to resolve this issue. I tried sending a message to the develops, but when I hit the “send” button, I was redirected to the Seha website. I have no idea if my message was sent :( ### 1/5 — Non-functional *2021-06-12, version 11.22* Absolutely horrible app that doesn’t even work. It’s as if children have made this app as a school project. Try to register using all the proper documents, yet it doesn’t allow registration (even after following its “detailed” video instruction). Try to call the given customer support / Technical hotline, yet they don’t respond. I kept the call going for an entire 6hrs and still no response… Horrible app. ### 1/5 — The worst App *2021-03-22, version 11.22* Cant book an appointment for pcr testing ### 1/5 — Poor service *2021-03-09* I try to call many time no reply I send mail not reply. My vaccine 2 dose done now 36 days complete but my vaccine certificate not upload on SEHA application ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2021-02-28, version 11.12.2* Trying to register so Covid vaccination results are available. When I enter details it says a code is sent to my phone. It isn’t sent either by text or email. Now I can’t use the app as I am not registered but it says it has a record of my ID card and to complete registration by calling. Tried that but no one answers. Following are few points I’d like to see in the next update: - password or/and fingerprint to access the app in order to maintain the user’s privacy. - the option to add more than one account in case someone would like to access the records of kids and elderly. - to add section for education materials. ### 2/5 — Not able to do the payment *2022-02-06* Both Apple Pay and card payment failing. I’m trying to book for my children only and it won’t allow me to change the payment info to my name rather than one of my children…?!? Then I push cancel to change the payment method, and it takes me right back to the Home Screen, so I’d have to re-enter their information (again!).
