Had a lock system installed from them and have had problems since day 1, despite bringing it back several times, nothing but incompetence and rushing to do a terrible job

I have never seen such pathetic application ever, no option works.

It does not even have a go back button and is super slow. Kindly fix this issue. Also I was already signed in from some months but suddenly when I go to order an item it asks me my account information again or to create a new account. Please fix this because currently the state of the app is very poor!

Glitchy app. Crashes very frequently. Cannot deal with the product list load I guess. 
It’s pretty poorly designed as well & doesn’t always show products suited to the car model you’ve selected.
