## What is Seizure Diary & Meds?

Selova is a calm, private seizure and epilepsy diary. Record every seizure, keep track of your medications, and build a clear summary to bring to your neurologist - all on your device, with no account and nothing to set up.

Selova is a diary, not a device. It records what you log and reports it back to you. It does not detect, predict, or prevent seizures, and it uses no sensors, motion, or camera.

ONE-TAP SEIZURE LOG
Tap once to record a seizure the moment it happens, then add detail whenever you are ready - type, duration, aura, triggers you noticed, and recovery. Logging is free, fast, and works offline. The full history is always yours to see.

MEDICATION TRACKER AND REMINDERS
Keep your anti-epileptic medications in one place with doses you enter yourself, schedules, and gentle reminders so a dose is harder to miss. Mark each one taken and keep a simple adherence history.

SEIZURE CALENDAR
A clean month calendar marks every day you logged a seizure, with a simple this-week and this-month count. See your record at a glance and tap any day to review or add an entry.

NEUROLOGIST REPORT
Generate a tidy PDF for your appointments - seizure frequency, types, your medications, the triggers you noted, and your own notes over the range you choose. The summary your neurologist actually asks for, ready in one tap.

TRIGGER PATTERNS
Log a little daily context and Selova shows you the associations in your own data - for example, whether seizures appeared more often on days you logged poor sleep. These are observations in your records, shown with the sample size, never a cause and never a prediction.
