## What is Seizure Log?

"When was your last one?"

It is the first thing your neurologist asks, and it is the question that decides whether you can drive. Most people answer it by guessing.

Seizure Log exists to make that answer exact.

LOGGING TAKES ONE TAP
Right after a seizure you may be confused, exhausted, or shaking. So the app assumes the time is now, picks a type for you, and lets you press Save and put the phone down. Length, triggers and recovery time can be added later, when you are able.

IT COUNTS THE DAYS WITHOUT SEIZURES TOO
The home screen shows one big number: how many days since the last one. Most apps only count seizures. Your doctor - and your driving licence - care about the gaps.

ONE PAGE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
- Days since your last seizure, and counts for the last 30 and 90 days
- How the monthly frequency changed
- Every seizure: type, length, recovery time, triggers, notes
- Medication changes marked on the same chart, so the effect of a dose change is visible at a glance instead of buried in a second list

NO ACCOUNT. NOTHING UPLOADED.
There is no sign-up. Your records are stored only on your phone and the PDF is created on your phone. If you delete the app, the data goes with it. We never receive any of it.

WHAT THIS APP DOES NOT DO
It cannot detect, alert on, or predict seizures - never rely on it for safety. It does not diagnose, does not classify your seizures, and does not recommend treatment. It organises what you record so your appointment starts from facts.
