### 4/5 — Video issues

*2026-05-12, version 3.0.17*

Great tool! But I can’t seem to attach my videos via the app _or_ on the website.

### 4/5 — Love the app

*2025-01-18, version 3.0.5*

I enjoy being able to log seizure activity. App freezes during use - mostly when trying to edit. That causes me to have to kill the app and start over and lose info

### 4/5 — Double Input

*2024-10-05, version 3.0.5*

I’ve had this app for years and it always worked great until the latest update. Every time I input a symptom it doubles up on what I’m inputting and one of the inputs is actually incorrect. Please address this and update as soon as possible. Thank you.

### 4/5 — App update is terrible

*2024-03-07, version 3.0.1*

I’ve been using seizure log for many years and have always loved it. I recently updated the app from the App Store, and now I can’t log an instant capture, it crashes immediately.
Also, on a regular log, the fields are are squished together and the font is smaller, instead of spaced out a little to easily read.

I’ve done all the normal things to try and fix it, such as closing the app, powering down my phone and restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling. It didn’t help.

I hope this is just a qlitch and will be fixed with the next update.

### 5/5 — Awesome App

*2022-12-31, version 2.6.4*

I’ve been using this app for a couple years now at the recommendation of my neurologist. I have focal seizures and without knowing (or remembering) I open the app and press record or save. It’s great for explaining to your doctor that you had ‘x’ amount of seizures on this day.

Definitely recommend

### 5/5 — Doctor

*2022-11-23, version 2.6.3*

The doctor loves the app well mine does!

### 5/5 — Best app out there…and we’ve tried them all.

*2022-11-05, version 2.6.3*

We record upwards of 20 seizures a day with Lennox gastaut syndrome and have been using this app for over 5 years. All our team and school use it to record Issy’s seizures. Love that it covers everything from meds to periods. If we’ve ever had a problem or question it’s been addressed quickly by email…best customer service. Have recommended this app to so many other families.

### 5/5 — Couldn’t function without it

*2022-10-06, version 2.6.3*

My daughter has multiple daily seizures. We log her seizures and send a monthly report in to her neurologist for feedback. It’s the only way we can keep track of changes. Love this app so much for keeping us organized

### 5/5 — Great at what it does!

*2022-08-25, version 2.6.3*

This app is really helpful for pooling our son’s seizure information between my wife and me, and makes it easier to keep track of things to share with his doctors. I mean it’s not very complex functionality (you could get by with a shared spreadsheet too), but it’s nice to have a dedicated app that just does this well.

### 5/5 — Use it for every doc appt

*2022-07-08, version 2.6.3*

I reference the website every doctor appointment. I’m able to tell doc what time in the morning she’s having lost of her seizures. The one thing I wish it also had is how many are happening on the day of the week. Doctor has asked what day is she having them mostly on, trying to find a pattern. It would be nice to say she’s having some many on Sunday, Monday etc. The app/ website is very helpful.

### 5/5 — Awesome tool

*2022-06-21, version 2.6.3*

SeizureTracker has been an indispensable tool for us for the last five years. It has allowed me to follow his patterns and share it with his doctor in a clear and easy to understand format. I am very grateful for this app and think the creators.

### 3/5 — Lacks atypical seizure options

*2022-01-29, version 2.6.1*

For people with praxis-induced, reflexive seizures, you can only list the triggers as “other” rather than identifying coordinated movements, multitasking, and type of sensory stimulus that may have triggered the seizure (type of sound (siren, beeping), smell, visually moving stimulus (car ride, movie).

Some of us have spinal injuries and brainstem injuries which cause muscle tone in both legs or both arms, hemipeligic, or alternating unilateral spasticity. The app only allows marking one leg or one arm at a time, the rest must be explained in the notes section.

Atypical focal spasticity or tonic locations like mouth, jaw, neck, feet/toes, hands/fingers aren’t included.

My seizure threshold is also impacted by rapid changes in barometric pressure—especially drops. I typically track that aspect with a migraine app, though it doesn’t typically cause migraines. it would be nice to have all that data in the same place.

I wish that it would save the video recording to my local phone/iPad in addition to the cloud.

I like that the video automatically times duration and I like that my family, caregiver and doctor can have valet access.

### 5/5 — Very useful

*2021-11-28, version 2.5.8*

Web based app is very helpful in tracking by a team of caregivers. The reports and graphs provide hints at patterns and detailed information to share with her neurologist which enables medication adjustments.

Thanks

### 5/5 — Terrific App for Seizure Tracking

*2021-06-22, version 2.5.7*

This offers a great way to quickly track seizures. The ability to share the log with epileptoligist is a great feature so they can monitor in real time.

### 5/5 — Our Go To App!

*2021-05-08, version 2.5.5*

The flexibility within this app makes it perfect for seizures and our kids migraine disease.
So many times it allowed us to show the drs what we were experiencing when we were being blown off.

Love this tracker. Has been a life saver to keep everyone on the same page!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Useless app

*2026-05-17, version 3.0.17*

Every single time I try to sync , I get “synchronization Error” up today on the lates version and the same .
Also, I couldn’t see/use graphics very useless ,
No ideal to chose only a month for graphics

### 1/5 — Used to be amazing

*2025-04-12, version 3.0.6*

My son used to have 300 seizures a day and this used to be amazing but for months now I can’t save any rescue med info.

### 1/5 — Need fix

*2024-03-16, version 3.0.1*

Video didn’t play. If I press play Play video it redirects to blank page and Didn’t go backwards too. Rating Zero for now

### 1/5 — Black screen

*2019-05-12, version 2.4*

Tried so hard to make track it seizure log app work on Apple but it doesn’t just keeps having a black screen I can go on website and use it but what is the point in having the app if it’s not quicker and easier to use hope issues can be fixed

### 1/5 — Not useful for mr

*2016-08-31, version 2.1*

I've always wanted to know what my seizures were like. Other people have to describe them to me because I'm somewhat in a state of unconsciousness. If I'm alone unfortunately by the time I realize I'm going to have a seizure it's too late to find my phone and record it. Even if someone is around they would have to have my password to get to the app. But I'm sure it's good for record keeping.

### 1/5 — Is Still No App to do what it Could For Epileptics.

*2012-02-15, version 1.2*

OK if you wish to send your info of seizures to the U-tube (presumably for others to laugh at); but useless if you want your info./records auto-wirelessly, or even sent via a connection to your OWN computer.

### 2/5 — Quick capture never works

*2025-10-14, version 3.0.13*

If I hit quick capture to record a seizure the app crashes out and have to record regular video app which cannot be uploaded into data so that it can be shared with his doctors. Also the app never syncs with MyChart version so I have to b re-input all data which is so exhausting I just gave up. This app needs updating to fix these issues with IOS version

### 2/5 — Can no longer edit seizure entries

*2024-07-14, version 3.0.5*

Updated iPhone to 17.5.1 and downloaded latest version of app, and I can no longer edit individual seizure events. I have to delete and renter the event. The app hangs when you try to edit an event and you have to restart the app.

### 2/5 — Ok, having a problem with syncing

*2021-04-18, version 2.5.5*

I am having a problem syncing my seizures. Help !

### 2/5 — Camera facing the wrong way

*2018-11-10, version 2.4*

I need this app to track my own seizures. I don’t shake but I’d still like to video myself to see if anything weird happens. It would be nice if there were a way to set the camera to face me by default. As it stands there are too many steps:
-Open App
-Click “Quick Record”
-Flip camera to face me (how is this not default to face the user?!)

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — appreciated and loved

*2026-08-18, version 3.0.19*

love this

### 5/5 — Easy tracker

*2026-08-08, version 3.0.19*

Allows for easy seizure entry and detailed monthly report generation

### 5/5 — Awesome tool

*2026-07-18, version 3.0.19*

SeizureTracker has been an indispensable tool for us for the past 11 years. It has allowed me to follow his patterns and share it with his doctor in a clear and easy to understand format. I am very grateful for this app, and the creator.

### 5/5 — Tracking is simple and effective

*2026-06-20, version 3.0.17*

I keep the icon in my VIP app bar for rapid access. It’s easy to input data. Recording events is very simple: tap the icon and select Capture in the bottom center of the screen- tap the giant red button to begin.
My only concern is accessing older recorded events. I have a brand new phone, I can see the video image- but it will not play, will not “save” to my photos app, and won’t upload. I’m uncertain how to fix this problem but my sons Ned Neurologist would like to view his events for more thorough understanding of his experiences.

### 5/5 — Awesome!

*2025-11-17, version 3.0.13*

Really helpful for myself and doctors, helps with me memory and consistency. I wish I entered more data more often

### 5/5 — Great app!!!

*2025-08-12, version 3.0.13*

To all… give it a try if you don’t have a personal tracker made definitely easy to use. Huge help to identify your triggers and get you on your way back in action in life.

### 5/5 — App needs fixed

*2024-11-12, version 3.0.5*

We have used Seizure Tracker for 5 years and have had minimal issues. With the latest iOS update, the seizures logged double or even triple sometimes, which provides false information for our doctors. Please update the app.

### 5/5 — Great app!!!

*2023-05-30, version 2.6.4*

To all… give it a try if you don’t have a personal tracker made definitely easy to use.

### 5/5 — Amazing App

*2023-05-24, version 2.6.4*

Simple, easy to use, quick to answer any questions and provide help (had difficulty uploading to YouTube). I have this app on my Home Screen so I can easily access and turn on whenever my son seizes. The timer is really helpful for rescue medication timing. Our son’s diagnosis was actually the result of this app- we captured one of his focal seizures (he has several seizure types), when we showed our neuro video, we had capture an indicator of a rare condition. After genetic confirmation, our son was diagnosed with Dravet syndrome. By allowing us to collect video, log times, and track his rescue messages all in one place, this app helped us to collect the information we needed to provide our neurologist. 2 years and 150+ seizures later , I still grab my phone and start an event every seizure. Thank you so much for this app!

### 5/5 — Love this app

*2023-04-20, version 2.6.4*

I have epilepsy and seizures daily-I love this app for keeping track of my seizures. Wonderful app
