## What is Seizures Diary?

A seizure diary for people with epilepsy and their caregivers — track, understand and manage seizures. Choose your role when you sign up: Patient or Caregiver.

LOG EVERY SEIZURE IN SECONDS
Record type, duration, time, triggers, postictal state, injuries and video — all from one screen. Save the seizure location and share it in one tap.

DAILY HEALTH TRACKING
Monitor sleep, stress, medication intake and physical activity to spot patterns that trigger seizures.

KETOGENIC DIET TRACKING
Log daily fat, protein and carbohydrate intake. The app calculates the keto ratio automatically and includes average daily nutrients in the PDF report for your neurologist.

PDF & EXCEL REPORTS FOR YOUR NEUROLOGIST
Generate detailed reports: seizure calendar, time-of-day breakdown, trigger analysis and medication history. Export as PDF or Excel (.xlsx).

MEDICATION MANAGEMENT
Add medications with dosages and schedules. Mark doses taken directly from the tracking screen. Get daily reminders when it's time to take a medication.

HISTORY & STATISTICS
Browse history with filters, a calendar, charts and key metrics — daily average, seizure-free days, top triggers.

CAREGIVER MODE
Choose the Caregiver role when you sign up. Connect to a patient via QR code or a 6-digit invite code. The moment a patient logs a seizure, the caregiver instantly receives a push notification with the location and a link to view it on a map. View stats, seizure logs, tracking and generate PDF reports for the neurologist — right from your own device.

Medication dosage history has been added.

• Dosage now has an effective date. If the dose has changed - set the day it changed from. Earlier days keep the daily dose that applied at the time.
• You can discontinue a medication without deleting it: the intake history stays in the diary and in the doctor's report.
• The start date of a medication is now set to an exact day.
• In the PDF report, the "Therapy during the period" section shows every prescription with its effective dates — so you can see which dose applied in which period.
