## What is Sekkara POS?

Sekkara POS is the official point-of-sale application for merchants participating in the Sekkara loyalty network. It gives authorized staff a secure and efficient way to manage customer loyalty transactions directly from a mobile device.
With Sekkara POS, merchants can:
• Issue loyalty points based on customer purchases
• Redeem customer points toward eligible payments
• Scan and accept digital vouchers
• Process transactions quickly using customer QR codes
• Review clear transaction details and confirmation results
• Access the terminal securely using a PIN or supported biometric authentication
Each device is securely registered and linked to an approved merchant POS terminal, helping protect merchant accounts and customer transactions.
Sekkara POS is designed for straightforward daily operation, with support for English and Arabic, light and dark appearance modes, and guided transaction flows.
An active Sekkara merchant account and an approved POS terminal are required to use this application.
