This app provides a truly accessible fitness experience for people of all abilities.
Whether we are talking the challenges of having a disability, or we are talking about the exercise skill level of users.
The app makes it possible for people with disabilities to have a safe reliable Fitness experience while also giving disabled people the opportunity to become instructors themselves.
As an accessibility Champion the most important aspect of this app is how it creates interaction and even friendship between people who have disabilities and those considered able body.
Since everyone will experience the challenges of having a disability at some point in their lives, this is very important to future relationships between all people.
Just like my sided friends I too can find a workout buddy and exercise regularly, even though we are not in the same physical location.
And finally, I can only imagine how being inspired by disabled instructors And participants will lead to more long-term success at achieving and maintaining good health.
