Sela connects you with college students nearby who can help with the things on your list. Yard work. Moving day. Cleaning before company comes. Dog walks. Hauling something out to the curb. The jobs that are too small to call a company about and too annoying to keep putting off. HOW IT WORKS Post what you need. It takes about a minute. Say what the job is, where it is, when you need it, and what you are paying. Students nearby see your job, and one of them claims it. Once a student has claimed it, you will see their name, their school and their reviews, and you can message them before they start. The pay is agreed when you post, so there is nothing to negotiate at the door. WHO SHOWS UP Everyone who wants to work through Sela applies with their school, and we review every application by hand. No one gets on the platform automatically, and we remove helpers who do not meet the bar. After every job both sides leave a review, and those reviews follow the student.
