## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.1.11 — 2026-10-02

Chapters you listen to now stay on your iPhone: play one once and the next listen starts instantly, even with no signal. Download a whole book with one tap from its chapter list (you'll see the size first), and your downloads are now safe from iPhone storage cleanup.

Also new in audio: all forty chapters of Exodus and Leviticus 1–18.

### 1.1.10 — 2026-09-30

Selah is now on CarPlay. Plug in or connect to your car and open Selah on the car screen: continue where you left off, or pick any book and chapter of the audio Bible, with the chapter length and your downloaded chapters shown. The Now Playing screen has a speed button.

Also new: all fifty chapters of Genesis and the start of Exodus in dramatized audio, with a bigger, easier audio button in the Bible reader.

### 1.1.9 — 2026-09-29

Answer the Scoffer with your voice. Hold to answer now uses speech recognition built into the app, on your device whenever iOS supports it, so your reply is scored as soon as you let go.

Also included from 1.1.8: Bible audio keeps playing with the screen off, with lock screen, headphone and car controls; Car and Sleep modes; offline chapter downloads; and shofar and greeting notification sounds.

### 1.1.8 — 2026-09-28

The Audio Bible now keeps playing with the screen off, and moves on to the next chapter by itself.

- Lock screen, headphone and car controls: play, pause, skip 15 seconds, and change chapters.
- Works in CarPlay's Now Playing screen and with steering-wheel buttons.
- Car & Sleep mode: huge buttons, the verse in big type, playback speed, and a sleep timer that fades out gently.
- Downloaded chapters play with no signal.
