From the first time I found this app, I knew that these folks was on the right track. Yes the app is not perfect and it crashes sometimes, but OMG what a app, and they are constantly updating and fixing bugs. If you are in sales, whether solo or part of a team, a sole business owner, this is IT!! Just take your time to explore and understand how the app is setup. The support is the best, if you have question or concerns. There's no easy way that I saw to delete all of the sample info from the app. I had to go in one by one and delete them and even that seemed complicated. I gave up after a while because it's just too hard to use and not worth it. Please do something about it ### 2/5 — Meh *2011-07-21, version 4.3.2* I seem to be in the minority, but I just haven't liked this app at all. I wanted to, but it's buggy, rather difficult to navigate, freezes often, and since the inventory always seems to be wrong, I don't trust the sales reports. I had to reload all my data after the backup failed when I needed it (I set it up wrong, but that bugs me too), and I had to turn the automatic backup off after using it a few weeks. It took up to five minutes to back up whenever I turned the app on, and then freeze to the point that I had to restart my iPad. Not ideal when my sales rep is waiting. Yes, it's elegant and beautiful, but for me just not fun to use. ### 3/5 — Great, but lots of bugs *2011-09-05, version 4.3.3* This is truly a great app if it didn't constantly close on me. This app would truly be a godsend if it worked correctly. I hope they fix the bugs before they charge me on my credit card. I also accidentally purchased a second license which there Is no fail safe to prevent this because instructions aren't clear. Hoping to get this matter taken care of too. Except, it's buggy as, well let's just say very, very buggy. I am not sure if I can use this after all which makes me want to cry blood as I thought I finally found THE solution. It works for a while and then suddenly all images stop showing up. What will make this app perfect, is to be able to create a master inventory for the provider, especially if you need to know whats in your mass inventory! Love it! There are minor flaws with the order/ invoice numbers and receive payment order. But the app improves productivity, & impresses all of my clients. Couldn't survive without it!
