SELCO mailed it to my old address and cancelled the old card. I got hit with hundreds of dollars in late fees before I realized what had happened and called customer service. It took another three days before they shipped my new card. I’ve been cashless for weeks now, as well as out HUNDREDS of dollars due to their incompetence. They refuse to reimburse me for money lost. I will be closing my accounts as soon as I can get to a branch. I’ve been a loyal member for four years but not anymore! ### 1/5 — Direct deposit doesn’t work on mobile *2024-08-10, version 2022.5.0* When you try to open the camera to take pictures of the check it is just a black screen. The minimum supported Apple Operating System is iOS 15 to take advantage of required security patches. I recommend double checking that you're phone is using this iOS version or higher. We have been made aware that some members have experienced glitches in the transfer workflow when on an operating system that is no longer supported. After the most recent update, the app will not work internationally. ### 1/5 — Bad website *2022-12-08* I’ve had SELCO for about 7 years and most of the time it’s been great much preferred over a bank. But it seems like it’s gone down hill this last year. They just recently “upgraded” the app and it’s way worse then the original one they had. It’s almost like they want you to overdraw money out of your account. When you look in the app at your balance most the time it’s showing your balance as if nothing has pulled out and then when you actually go into your account it’s like 50 to 100 dollars less than what it said before. Very sneaky way of doing it. I think the app makes it harder for people, plus it takes forever to get a hold of anyone through the phone. Pretty frustrated might be shopping around for a more convenient credit Union hard enough keeping track of your money when the app makes things very difficult. Oh and also now when a payment is pending in your account it doesn’t even pull it out right away. It takes a day or two. The last app calculated all the funds including when payments were pending. Very disappointing app. **Developer response:** Thanks again for your review. Because of your feedback, we were able to improve the digital banking experience for all members. Members are now able to see both available and current balances on the dashboard, and not only on the account tab.
