It basically is a browser. It opens the mobile site for SHW. It is so outdated that it loads an old client portal by default. Although you can click to navigate to the new client portal, the mobile site is very limited and some buttons don’t function. (Ex: you can’t access policy documents). Don’t bother with this app, and maybe reconsider another warranty service that invests in a functional client portal. ### 1/5 — Homeowner *2026-07-14, version 1.3* This is a fair warning to stay away from this app and company. ### 1/5 — Downloads *2026-07-02, version 1.3* Rick Z App sucks can’t find downloaded policy file in downloads folder of apple iPhone 15 pro version 26.5.2 ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-06-09, version 1.3* When you first call them, they will tell you that they will pay 100% to fix or replace. Then when you place a claim, they keep you waiting for too long then they refuse to pay. Stay away from this company. The new webpage is better but it needs to have the login on the app without all of the navigation. I filed a claim and canceled but the claim doesn’t indicate cancelled. The app doesn’t provide my account number, a link to my contract, or any pertinent information related to my account. In reading the reviews on here all I see support reply back with is “we will look into it”. Ok that’s great but how about replying if this is something that will be enhanced, give feedback on our questions and dissatisfaction with the app. Don’t give me some canned response and expect that to satisfy me. I pay too much to this company not to have a robust app. ### 1/5 — Pathetic service *2026-03-09, version 1.3* Not recommended at all! Lousy policies, servicing takes time. Won’t recommend. Even the app login is not the most easy one! ### 1/5 — Simply junk *2025-12-30, version 1.3* OTP will not come, contractor doesn’t care and they won’t even pick the phone. You will ended up with crying and continue on.
