Can you do facial recognition to be logged in and to remember someone so that don't have to redo process? It basically is a browser. It opens the mobile site for SHW. It is so outdated that it loads an old client portal by default. Although you can click to navigate to the new client portal, the mobile site is very limited and some buttons don’t function. (Ex: you can’t access policy documents). I filed a claim and canceled but the claim doesn’t indicate cancelled. The app doesn’t provide my account number, a link to my contract, or any pertinent information related to my account. In reading the reviews on here all I see support reply back with is “we will look into it”. Ok that’s great but how about replying if this is something that will be enhanced, give feedback on our questions and dissatisfaction with the app. Don’t give me some canned response and expect that to satisfy me.
