Pagas el plan mensual si así lo quieres y al entrar a ella y querer ver los videos, no te deja entrar porque no reconoce que ya pagaste. Le vuelves a seleccionar el plan mensual y ahí te dice que ya lo pagaste y de ahí no sales. Pides ayuda y lo único que te contestan es que actualices tu teléfono. PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN A CLIENTES.
