Selene is a daily guide that combines your menstrual cycle with the rhythm of the moon.

Every day, Selene shows you where you are in your own cycle and what that phase brings — physically, emotionally, and energetically. At the same time, it tracks the current moon phase, from the intentions of the New Moon to the release of the Full Moon.

These two cycles have always moved together. Selene helps you read them both.
