Le contenu est entièrement généré par l’IA, sans réelle valeur ajoutée : les réponses sont très génériques, creuses et souvent répétitives. Pour un abonnement aussi cher, je m’attendais à un contenu beaucoup plus qualitatif.

Le plus problématique reste la facturation : Selfony a prélevé 49,99 € pour le renouvellement sans aucun rappel préalable. Un simple e-mail ou une notification avant le renouvellement aurait été la moindre des choses. Cette pratique est très désagréable, surtout pour un service dont la qualité ne justifie pas le prix.

These people are scam artists capitalizing on people’s mental health. I did not agree to a reoccurring subscription and it is impossible to cancel. These people are unethical and preying on people who are trying to better themselves.
