It would ask for a confirmation code without ever sending one and tell me I have to reset my password despite not having even registered my account. I tried contacting support but never heard back from them. If you already cut your hair or cut hair in general, you will be able to fill in the missing details yourself. Personally, I already cut my own hair but I picked up an extra tip or two from the app. The videos basically give you a gist of what to do. If you need a step-by-step detailed breakdown, as I’m sure others have mentioned, there are great videos on YouTube. Overall, if you already cut hair you probably won’t learn anything from the videos.
