His entire body of work has supported my transformation. This meditation single handedly had a huge part in me learning to love myself. If you haven’t read his book, Learning to Love Yourself, I highly recommend pairing it with this meditation. GREAT STUFF. It really works if you want it to. Thank you Gay for your huge heart and answering the great call from Spirit to help us all! ### 2/5 — Great meditation but perhaps unsupported? *2023-10-03, version 1.3* It’s a great app but the sound has stopped working. Please fix ### 3/5 — Not everything is recorded *2019-08-18* The initial 15-minute meditation is nice, but way too much talking. I was excited to find that there were 7 other meditations after the first one, BUT they aren’t recorded! So now, to continue the practice you have to stare at your phone while trying to meditate? Seems silly. A great idea, but not fully executed quite yet. ### 5/5 — A needed tool *2019-01-27* This app was recommended to me by a reiki healer. I use it almost every morning to get out of bed and when driving sometimes. It plays on a hands free phone holder on my dash. I am a veteran with major depression and non-combat PTSD. This app has helped me everyday. It brings me out of flight or fight. It helps me get out of bed in the morning. ### 5/5 — Soothing *2019-01-24* I love beginning my day with Gay’s voice guiding me to deeper self-love.
