There’s a bug in the app: when I select a word to translate it the pop is is working fine, but after I close the pop up, the app is frozen. Only restart solves the problem. Really hope you can fix this bug soon. This is not true. You only have access to 34, but can purchase more up to 60 books. I would give negative stars for this company. ### 1/5 — Unacceptable description write up from App designer *2013-06-08, version 6.2.1* I loved this app. The books in it are great and have help me change my life in amazing ways. Then today I open up the app and there is a write up from the designer saying - "I don't believe there has ever been a developer that bends himself over to the requests of his users more than I - probably another reason why I fail to be successful, despite my hard work. It's the way that I am - a sucker for pleasing unknown others. Just saying. Now all you iOS 5 users, please do something about those angry 1-star reviews - change them for the better." Are you kidding me. Do you even read some of the books in the app. That comment makes me want to no longer support anything you develop. Take accountability as to why you are not successful, stop blaming others, especially myself and other fellow consumers of yours ("the unknown others") and do something about it. You have created a great app, you should try using it too. I will not rate higher than 1 star until that write up is removed. There'sclassics and there's old dépassée books. Refund please! ### 1/5 — Not happy. *2012-07-30, version 5.1* Although it is clear a lot of hard work has gone into the app, which i am appreciative of. I cant help but be frustrated by the reality that parts of the books are missing information. I do not know the cause of this, be it an error in preparing the texts for the app or whether it is the authors sources. But i can assure you there are parts missing. Especially in 'The art and science of personal magnetism' where at one point half a chapter is nowhere to be seen. On top of this the often spelling mistakes make it hard to enjoy the app for what it is. If the author is willing to update with the missing information all will be fine and the spelling mistakes will be easy to dismiss, but for now save yourselves the money and find one of the many other copies of these books online. Other than these gripes the app is well put together and appealing to the eye, it's just let down by not being complete. I guess you do get what you pay for. ### 1/5 — Would be 5 stars, but crashes. *2011-09-26, version 4.0* Unfortunately app crashed after a few weeks and will not recover, plus I cannot reinstall without paying for download again. ### 1/5 — NEEDED MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS *2010-07-26, version 0* No page numbers. Please Fix bookmarks it doesn't work. Also include date of every book. At least half are missing date when written. The index button to get back to mainpage hardly works and you have to pound on it like ten times to get you back. I recommend you copy the Easy User Friendly format of EGW app. Theirs almost 20 books plus Old and New testament. You can highlight and save texts, and search for key words. That apps on top of it and it's FREE. Great books but very difficult to navigate thru especially getting back to index. You have to press the back key like six or seven times to go back and switch books. Also main page is painfully small to see photos and book descriptions. Please increase FONT SIZE AND PHOTOS by removing Self Help Classics side bar.
