Self-Help Federal CU Mobile Banking App is for members of Self-Help Federal Credit Union. Available to all members enrolled in Online Banking, this app is safe, secure and convenient. Check balances, view transaction history, transfer funds, pay loans, make deposits and locate branches and ATMs anytime, anywhere.

- Real-time transaction history for loans, checking and savings integrated in one location
- Transfers: account to account, scheduled, pending ACH and check withdrawal transfers available
- Online Services: E-Statements, bill pay, check order, member alerts, loan application and tax information

This app definitely needs some help! It’s so annoying that it doesn’t work quite often. Always something wrong with it!

The app provides the basic information one would expect. It would be nice to have a way where one could add comments that appear when a transaction is opened. I could do this with the previous credit union app prior to them being bought by SHFCU. Anything to make a banking transaction easier to understand will be advantageous for the user.

I wish I could say something good about it but since the merger with my credit union the app is not helpful at all and I can’t access any information about previous transactions or really do anything that I’ve tried to do couldn’t deposit a check and every message you ask tells you the same thing contact customer service and dial 0 . What good is a app if you can’t do anything with it?

doesn’t work a lot but that new update is really cool, doesn’t have the main stuff most banks have like notifications or adding to apple pay but it works half the time

I cannot sign in to the new app. It texts a code to verify my identity but once I enter code, there is no “enter” button to click so it times out. Frustrating.

I have problems with this app and it was cool at first but now I can’t sign in or request a password change or request my username??? It say to contact them without providing a number to call as well which is stupid. My bank doesn’t know what to tell me so like I said what number do I call ?
