### 1/5 — App won’t work

*2020-03-25*

This app looks really good and I was very excited to try it, but when I open it it’s just some empty bookshelves and then it kicks me out. I’m not sure what to do about it, and when I hit app support it just took me to your guys’ website, but I couldn’t find any contact information. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

**Developer response:** Hi, could you please try the app again as I have retested it and it’s working fine. You may need to delete it from your device and reinstall it. Could you also provide information about the device that you are using along with the iOS version you are running. In the mean time please use our online version at https://web.ntw.nhs.uk/selfhelp to view our guides. Many thanks

### 5/5 — Excellent

This leaflets are a god send.
I used them when I worked as CPN years ago.
I now recommend to friends.
They very useful. Thank you for continuing to produce them. Keep up the good work.

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2016-11-28*

These guides are written to be understood by everyone offering real hope for improvement. They contain lots of good factual advice that underpins insight into conditions and provides guidance that is more accessible than I've read in similar products previously.

### 3/5 — Pointless app

*2016-06-30*

This app is just a collection of PDF NHS leaflets (which are fine). There is some talking head video, but the sound doesn't work, and the app doesn't work in landscape mode. It would be better to just offer the PDFs. Normally one would only need one or two of the PDFs, so bundling them all together is a bit silly. This would be useful to healthcare professionals if they could email a PDF to a client, but they can't.

I cannot access any of the details from any of the leaflets on this app. The screen just goes blank.
