I had no idea I was about to have so much life changing help at my finger tips when I first downloaded this app. It is some of the best 5 minutes of my day. Amazing for teens especially!!!

I wish I knew the value of investing in myself sooner. I never truly recognized self awareness and now for the first time, I can actively rely on myself to reach my goals and be who I want to be. Building confidence takes a lot of work by creating new habits and breaking old ones. Jenny is an incredible coach and helped me navigate through a process I have struggled with for so long on my own. Growing my confidence has brought me a stable inner peace, motivation, and happiness. I no longer struggle with stress, anxiety, and depression in the ways that I used to.

I’ve seen a lot of students really grow and be transformed in the way they handle stress because this app makes it really easy to practice skills like mindfulness and gratitude.
