"Hey, what's this Self-Talk app about?"

    "It's a quick and easy way to voice journal. It's been designed to make it easy to do self-reflection and help clarify your thoughts and feelings."

"Voice Journalling? Whats the point of that?"

     "Journalling has plenty of benefits for mental well-being. But maybe you don't like or have time for writing. And what's easier than having a chat?"

     "You record yourself asking a question. 
       Then you record a response. 
       Then you listen back to the response. 
       Like really listen. Hear how you feel. 
       And then you can record a response: validate your feelings, give yourself reassurance or question what you heard.

       "It's creating a habit of talking to yourself like you would talk to a friend.

        "All your recordings stay on your device. They arent sent to a server, so there is no way I (or anyone else) can listen to them."

Self-Talk Voice Journal requires a subscription.

Every subscription comes with a free trial, so you can try out the app and change your mind at no cost.

You will not be charged during your free trial period. 

The total amount for the subscription period will be charged to your iTunes Account. 

The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term unless turned off in your iTunes Account at least 24 hours before the current period ends. 

Subscriptions can be managed via your iTunes Account Settings. Any unused portion of your free trial is forfeited after purchase.
