Despite this, four weeks after I returned the vehicle, they still refused to return my deposit. The process has been frustrating and disappointing, especially since the car was handed back exactly as agreed. NEVER AGAIN!!! ### 1/5 — Avoid at all cost *2026-04-30, version 3.3.24* Absolutely terrible experience with this app. I made a reservation and went to the airport to pick up my vehicle as agreed. Once there, I was told the vehicle wasn’t available. They offered a “solution”: deliver it directly to my home within the hour. So I had to pay for a taxi out of my own pocket to get home. Once there: no call, no message, no vehicle delivered. I called every hour, only to get the same line each time: “we’ll be there in an hour.” This dragged on the entire day, only for them to finally admit the vehicle simply wasn’t available. I then asked for a refund and cancellation, as I could no longer deal with such an unreliable service. Their response? The cancellation department is closed. What a joke. End result: a taxi ride at my own expense, a wasted day waiting around, no vehicle, and no way to get an immediate refund. Zero respect for the customer, zero transparency, zero organization.
