Honestly speaking and sharing my feedback and to also save you and your money, JUST DONT! I have lived my entire life in dubai and have also dealt with multiple car rental companies, I have never ever been scammed like this. And whats even worse is when you complain or contact their customer support they just fight you back instead of helping you out or understand your issue as a customer. And you will just be surprised by automatic deductions.. for example you wouldn't even know that you were fined.. they will automatically charge the actual fine which is fair enough, and then the scam comes after where they still add extra charges claiming its "processing fee" "admin fee" "service fee" etc. And you end up paying double. Very disappointing. From my initial inquiry, Rizza was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. He clearly explained the entire process and all available options, making it easy for me to choose the perfect car for my needs. The booking was completed quickly and without any hassle. When it came time for pickup, the car was in excellent condition, clean, and well-maintained—just as promised. Throughout the rental period, I had complete peace of mind. When I had a question, the support team was responsive and assisted me promptly. ### 1/5 — The worst customer experience ever in the UAE *2026-01-19, version 3.3.22* Customer service has no capability of supporting their clients when there’s a need. We are calling multiple times, speaking to multiple agents. All of them are saying the same things, apologizing, saying they will help us and our request will be solve in the next couple of hours. Nobody ever show up, nobody ever call back. The Contact Center is useless, mentioning that everything can be done through the app. However the app doesn’t have offer the possibility to do what the call center mention. Despite this, four weeks after I returned the vehicle, they still refused to return my deposit. The process has been frustrating and disappointing, especially since the car was handed back exactly as agreed. NEVER AGAIN!!! ### 1/5 — Avoid at all cost *2026-04-30, version 3.3.24* Absolutely terrible experience with this app. I made a reservation and went to the airport to pick up my vehicle as agreed. Once there, I was told the vehicle wasn’t available. They offered a “solution”: deliver it directly to my home within the hour. So I had to pay for a taxi out of my own pocket to get home. Once there: no call, no message, no vehicle delivered. I called every hour, only to get the same line each time: “we’ll be there in an hour.” This dragged on the entire day, only for them to finally admit the vehicle simply wasn’t available. I then asked for a refund and cancellation, as I could no longer deal with such an unreliable service. Their response? The cancellation department is closed. What a joke. End result: a taxi ride at my own expense, a wasted day waiting around, no vehicle, and no way to get an immediate refund. Zero respect for the customer, zero transparency, zero organization. It takes 30 business days so you ll have to wait more than 1.5months to claim your deposit and another week or two when you get your money in your account. When you call the customer service there is a button for refund they never pick up and when you ask the other guys they talk to you in a rude way and say that it is not their scope and ask you to email them. Have no idea why they even have a button for a refund department when you can’t even reach them. When my car broke down, I tried to use the in-app option to request recovery support, but I couldn’t reach the rental company at all. Despite having a button for assistance, there was no actual help available. I was left stranded on the highway at 1am with no guidance on what to do, which felt unsafe and completely unacceptable. I also attempted to return the car early. The app allowed me to select a return date, and I even received a call confirming that a driver would contact me regarding the pickup location. That was two days ago, and since then I’ve had zero updates or follow-up. I’m writing this review before even completing the full experience because the service so far has been extremely unreliable. I’m still waiting to see if I’ll receive my deposit back within the stated 30 days, which at this point I’m not very confident about. I returned the car at 12pm. At 2pm I was charged for an additional month. First they said I returned the car late. When I provided evidence they told me I was supposed to let them know 24 hours in advance that I am not intending to keep the car according to the agreement. They never sent me this agreement until after the fact and it was not mentioned on the app. No other reputable company does this. If I have to return the car on the day, that is when I drop it off. Since then, they stopped communication and the refund was not completed due to a technical problem. They have been holding my money for almost a month with very little communication. 24-48 hours for refund time turned into 2 weeks and ignoring messages and calls. Additionally they send me someone else’s contract with all their personal details so your personal information is not safe with this company. They also do not return your security deposit until a month later. They did this with my husband where they renewed his rental agreement and we only noticed that when we went back a month later to rent a car and they told us we never returned the car. This company is one big Scam. Do not download this app and use their services to save yourself a lot of trouble. ***Update: after holding the deposit for 30 days, I was able to claim it.
