### 5/5 — A Health App worth downloading

*2026-08-24*

I am really enjoying this app, I love how it gives you an option to keep everything local vs in the cloud. Finally a place to track all my bio markers from different doctors or hospitals, now I can track it over time and get the ai agent to help guide me on next steps. I am enjoying the update that allows me to track my kids and my parents data. I am always taking my elderly parents and now having a central place where I can track their meds as well as lab work is a game changer for me. Really enjoying this app thanks

### 5/5 — Wonderful

*2026-08-23*

This app is great. Takes all your data from all different sources and gives you meaningful feedback about fitness, nutrition, rest, lab work, and also uses AI to put it all together. Super helpful and part of my daily reflection and guidance!

### 5/5 — Best app ever

*2026-07-21*

This app is truly life changing! It’s a one stop shop for anything health related. My favorite part is uploading lab work and letting AI help me, the common woman, understand what all the numbers actually mean! If you are looking for an app that gives you any and all health related information, you’ve found the right one!

### 5/5 — More than health tracker- It actually helps

*2026-07-17*

Most health apps collect data. Self Health helps you make sense of it.

The biggest difference for me is Alia. Instead of overwhelming you with numbers, it gives simple, practical suggestions based on how you’re doing—whether it’s taking a break, getting some exercise, or paying closer attention to your overall well-being.

I also like that I can keep my health data stored locally on my iPhone, even though cloud sync is available if you want it.

If you’re trying to be more proactive about your health—especially in your 40s—this app is definitely worth trying.

### 5/5 — Finally, one place for everything!

*2026-07-12*

I’d been hunting for an app that tracks all my health data and lets me import my bloodwork and actually explains what it means. I used to bounce between different tools to piece it together but now it’s all in one app. Being able to upload my labs and have the AI translate the numbers into plain language is the part that sold me. Great for anyone serious about tracking their health in one spot.

### 5/5 — Convenient app

*2026-06-28*

I have been using this app and what I like the most is its functionality. This app allows me to connect my labs to my daily data and tells me what I need to do to get better results. Having it all in one place instead of multiple different apps is also very convenient
