It will not log in. It used to work well. ### 2/5 — SelfHypnosis.com *2024-07-14, version 3.02* Barrie Saint John's voice is so soothing and I think the sessions help but the app is so buggy it needs an exterminator! More often than not I find I am listening to music but no voice. Customer Service suggested I clear my cache but this is seldom enough. Most days I have to delete the app and reinstall it, then download my sessions again before I can listen. If I hadn't already paid for so many sessions and grown accustomed to this hypnosis routine, I would give up and try a different product. ### 2/5 — Needs an app fix - great recordings tho *2022-12-13, version 3.02* Maybe for sake of getting a functional app, maybe don’t have it assemble the recording to sleep/waking/long/short etc… maybe just prerecord a few options for each purchased topic and we can choose? Ultimately we just need an an app we can use. Otherwise the recordings are great. ### 4/5 — Works for me *2022-10-31, version 3.02* To be honest the app is a bit basic hence 4 stars, but it works. I downloaded the fear of spiders session and well it’s changed my life. I’m not 100% okay with them but I can now catch and remove a spider or just leave them alone instead of screaming and running away. (Apparently there are more than 1 million arachnophobes in the UK killing spiders - I didn’t want to be one them anymore). Even my husband has noticed a difference in me as I’m so much calmer despite it being ‘spider month’. To download the sessions you have to go to the self-hypnosis website and purchase the one you want and then download the app to listen to it. I had a couple of teething problems to begin with but Tim answered my emails really quickly and even on a Sunday morning. I’m about to buy one of the Super 7 Series as I’m ready to try another one. ### 2/5 — FIX YOUR APP!! *2021-04-13, version 3.01* Amazing quality hypnosis, but the app is terrible! These hypnosis really work powerfully. However I’ve purchased a bunch and can only get some to work at different times. Then I have to delete the app and start over on downloading each one again within the app. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP!!! Listening to them in the morning or evenings is 100% more convenient through a phone, not the internet/laptop. Please please please fix this app. I love the hypnosis themselves and want to be able to listen to them when needed, not having a delay each time. Can’t even get to a page of sessions. ### 1/5 — Loving this app... not *2020-08-26, version 3.01* I was able to use it for a few times without an issue but after several system updates the app is trash. It is stuck in some sort of instrumental setting which obviously is very annoying. It doesn’t allow me to make any changes in the settings, if I do it crashes into “processing changes” so now I just can’t use it. I unfortunately haven’t used it for long enough to see changes either. Update: so after a year or so, I never heard from the company/hypnotherapist. They literally stole my money. I still cant use the app. ### 1/5 — Can’t login *2020-05-27, version 3.01* I don’t know what is happening but I just can’t login in the app. It says that my password os wrong and doesn’t have the option to reset the password I only can use the browser. ### 4/5 — MISSING A REPEAT FEATURE *2020-04-04, version 3.01* This would have been a 5 star app if the had a SHUFFLE and a REPEAT feature so we can have the option to keep the audios playing all night while you’re asleep. To discover it crash on downloading the ‘induction file’ which then simply didn’t load. I tried to login in and it just goes back to the login prompt. There is no message stating the password is incorrect and also no option to reset my password. 100% useless app. ### 1/5 — Pretty bad app *2025-10-30, version 3.02* The apps design is great, its execution…not so much. Luckily I have downloaded my many purchases onto an external drive otherwise I would’ve wasted quite a bit of money ### 1/5 — Not for me. *2024-03-26, version 3.02* This programme has made no difference what so ever to my fear of heights. I listened to it twice a day ( morning and evening) for a month before my trip away, hoping it would allow me to enjoy balconies and observation towers. It made no difference at all, I still felt all the old sense of panic as I always have. So I can’t recommend this to anyone I’m afraid (of heights still 😁) ### 1/5 — Log in for Amazon does not work *2022-08-22, version 3.02* For other people trying to use on an iPhone, this is what I did (I have a windows pc, should be similar/easier on a Mac). Download iTunes for pc on your computer. Download the mp3s from the selfhypnosis.com website on to your computer, open iTunes, log in to your Apple ID account on iTunes (your Apple ID username can be found on settings app of your iPhone at the top), drag the mp3 files you downloaded into your iTunes library, plug your iPhone into your computer (should be able to use charger cable, unplug usb end from the plug and put in comp) and sync your iPhone with iTunes. Now they are on your iPhone! It was a bit tricky, so if confused, just google how to do each step and you can figure it out! ### 1/5 — YES PLEASE FIX THE APP *2021-07-27, version 3.01* I bought loads of sessions and I can’t get them to play !!! HEEEEEEELLLLLLPPPP!!!! ### 1/5 — Fix Your App!!! *2021-06-19, version 3.01* Please fix this app. Sign in is extremely buggy, for both username and SSO. Changing the settings causes the app to stall and freeze. For what you’re charging, you should have a working app! You could be making sales through the App Store, but instead people see your bad reviews and move on. I’m only on here because of a personal referral. You are missing out on sales. ### 1/5 — Save yourself some time *2021-05-25, version 3.01* Not impressed. Tried using google to log on and must have not liked something but I never got on. When I try to login again or with something else it just tells you bad PW or some random error. Perhaps the previous versions had glitches but I’ve been using the app for about a year and had zero issues. But most importantly the sessions are very powerful and very helpful. I use this in combination with meditation but nothing relaxes me the way these sessions do so I keep coming back. I hope more will give it a shot to reap the benefits I’ve seen personally. It has all of the options I would want, such as being able to change the hypnosis length, changing the background music and even an option if you want to wake up or go to sleep straight afterwards. I have 4 of their hypnosis sessions, which you have to purchase on their website. They were instantly added to the app and I could start straight away. I haven’t done a whole one yet, planning on starting tonight and will try to update with my progress. I have a lot of illness and pain to contend with and hoping that it helps me in some way (fingers crossed!) ### 5/5 — Brilliant *2023-08-11, version 3.02* I use the app whenever I need to calm myself down or stop worrying. I have purchased 8 sessions so far and have had no problem with the app at all in the 2 months I have had it. As a side note, I can also say that the self hypnosis sessions are really working for me, and I was a bonafide skeptic when I first tried self hypnosis. ### 5/5 — Attention!!! *2021-01-13, version 3.01* 1. Gmail app API login does not work. No worries simple solution below. 2. If you download the app and are unable to login via the application. The solution is quite simple. Go to their website create a login, (you can even use PayPal to pay for the tracks. ) and you will get in. 3. Then come back to the application login and you will see the tracks right in front of you. ### 5/5 — I love this app *2020-04-25, version 3.01* Ever since I was introduced to hypnosis I have used it for self-help. Quit smoking with the help from a hypnotist then continued on my own with self-hypnosis. Thank you ### 5/5 — Really works 20 stars 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 *2019-07-10, version 3.01* I’ve used several of the SelfHypnosis audios for many years, since the early 2000’s, It is beyond 5 stars , 20 stars if you ask me... I’ve used it on myself, my kids and the change after the 21 days of consisten listening is transformational. Try it you won’t regret it . Before the app, I would download the audios on my laptop and then import them to my iTunes and had to jump many hoops every time apple had an update. I personally am very happy this app is user friendly, you still need to maneuver a bit bit much better. I love Donna Lee’s voice it’s seductive and quickly gets you into trans. ### 5/5 — It has worked well for me!!! *2019-05-05, version 3.01* I have had no problems using this app on my iPhone 7, nor has my wife with her 10xr.
