I’ve used several others and pretty familiar with how this work. This app did not allow me to change the pin for advanced settings, it remained stuck after entering the default pin. It also would not let me add the “test” overlays to see how they would blend with test videos. I’ve reached out on the chat platform and has to yet get a response. The number that’s listed on the site is bogus as well! I just want a refund at this point. Had to purchase a more expensive reliable app to make sure the event was not cancelled! **Developer response:** Hi, We take all reviews seriously, and we appreciate all feedback as it helps us improve. They were responsive when I informed them on the problem. After much frustration purchased ChackTok.
