## What is Selfism?

You explain yourself too much. You say "Yes" when your whole body says "No. You leave conversations replaying every word, wondering if you were "too much" — when really, you weren't enough for yourself.

Selfism is built for people who give everything to everyone except themselves. Not another meditation app. Not generic positivity. A daily mindset and habit-building practice in boundaries, self-worth, and the quiet discipline of choosing yourself without apologizing for it.

WHERE YOU START
Take the free Selfist Score assessment — a short, honest survey that becomes your personal baseline across 8 dimensions: boundaries, self-worth, time, emotions, truth, relationships, mind, and money. Your score moves as you build the habit, not just scroll.

WHAT YOU GET EVERY DAY
• Daily Audio Stories — a growing library of narrated 10-minute stories, one new drop a week, built to sit with you on a commute, a walk, or a hard night.
• Pods — bite-sized mindset lessons across all 8 life dimensions, personalized to where your score says you're weakest.
• Real-Talk Scenes — multi-panel dialogues that replay the exact conversations you avoid: the guilt-trip text, the passive-aggressive comment, the ask you don't know how to refuse. Practice the words before you need them.
• Situations — quick 3-option practice rounds for the moments boundaries actually get tested.
• Community Pods — share and read real reflections from people doing the same work, moderated and free of your journal ever going public.
• Challenges — structured multi-day habit-building pushes for when a daily check-in isn't enough.

SHADOW MODE — YOUR PRIVATE SPACE
Locked behind your own PIN, separate from everything else in the app:
• A private diary for the five minutes a day you don't want anyone reading, ever.
• An unfiltered AI coach for the honest answer you can't ask a friend for.
• Checkmate — one sharp, useful comeback a day for the conversation you wish you'd been ready for.

WHY SELFISM IS DIFFERENT
No fake reviews. No manufactured user counts. Just a structured mindset system — grounded in real boundaries and self-worth work, not vague affirmations — that meets you daily, turns the work into a habit, adjusts to your actual score, and keeps your private writing exactly that: private.

Selfism includes an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks the full library, all 8 Pods, unlimited Shadow Mode access, and new weekly Audio Story drops.

Terms of Use: https://selfism.community/terms.html
Privacy Policy: https://selfism.community/privacy.html

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.

You're not "too sensitive." You're not "asking for too much." You're a Selfist — you just haven't started yet!! Try it out today.
