## What is SelfLove?

SelfLove is a private space for intentional pauses. Choose a sound, settle into a visual focus session, follow a gentle breathing rhythm, and reflect at your own pace.

CREATE A MOMENT FOR YOURSELF

• Sound sessions — explore a curated library of ambient and frequency-based audio for quiet focus, rest, or reflection.
• Visual focus — pair your session with responsive visuals that create a calm, immersive atmosphere.
• Guided breathing — follow a gentle rhythm when you want a short reset.
• Mindful check-ins — notice your mood, write a private reflection, and keep a simple record of your practice.
• Sleep timer and background audio — let a session fit naturally into your routine.
• Made for your privacy — your journal, favorites, preferences, and profile details stay on your device.

PREMIUM

Premium unlocks the full sound library and the complete visual experience. Purchases are optional; core wellbeing tools remain easy to explore.
