Will not connect in any way, regardless of wifi. Pretty disappointed. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2018-12-06* Update everything... Battery life is awful charging takes way too long. Drone nor app calibrates, I tell the drone to go up and it rises I drops, I tell it to go forward it moves back. The pics and vids are grainy and unstable and the drone is not very responsive to the controls. Battery lasts about a minute and a half. Waited 3+ years for this. I hope a software update helps with some of this. Sometimes I could see the camera but an error needs to reboot the app and the drone to be able to lift off. Please update the app or how to update the firmware of the drone. ### 1/5 — Lying company *2018-07-26* The marketing videos have shots with some angles of the camera facing down. You can’t do that! There is no gimbal on the camera. Also the quality on the promo video is super high good because they didn’t use SELFLY! They used another drone. Make sure you realise what you see in the promotional videos and what you get is in entirely different. You get a choppy, unstable, washed out image. You can’t go far with a SELFLY or get any unique angles. By the time you set up the camera to take photos, use Bluetooth to connect, etc a more cost effective way is using a selfie stick you can buy in a market for $3 or the iphone timer and lean your phone on a can of coke. Save your money buying this thing. I recommend turning off cellular data for iPhones, then connect to the drones Wi-Fi. After that, we are off and flying!!! ### 4/5 — Figured out connection problem. *2020-09-16* Before connecting. Turn off your cellular data. (Cellular off) then turn drone on. Go to wifi. Click on drones wifi., open app. Hit start. It will work as long as cellular is off. Other devices I own that use WiFi have not had a problem at all. However! If you place your iPhone (iOS) on “Airplane Mode” then turn On WiFi, it will work as expected.
