They have no number no email and that seems very unprofessional. I called the day they charged me because I forgot about the trial but I’m human and make mistakes. I was able to try to reach out to them three the app but couldn’t. I wouldn’t recommend a service this difficult to get in touch with they only care about taking money. ### 1/5 — Can’t cancel free trail *2024-01-02, version 6.4.5* The app is okay. I do like it but I’ll just use YouTube. I signed up for free trail but every time I try to cancel they charge my account. My recorded affirmations pause constantly, which is unhelpful if you want to listen at night while you sleep. I will have to ALWAYS hit next to play my next affirmations. I have been in constant email back and forth with support and all they say is “sorry” but never FIX or address the problem. Been asking for my money back and of course they give me RN around. I have the premium and this is garbage to me. I want MY MONEY BACK. Don’t get this app it might work during “TRY OUT” phase then never again. The support team will tell you to update it but it still don’t work. **Developer response:** Oh no! None of the affirmations show up and the function to record your own also didn’t work and deleted your recordings and wouldn’t play them. Also when if you managed to get onto an affirmation screen the app immediately crashed when I pressed play every time. But I rated it 2 stars because of something vital. It has NO background play functionality. Whereas other apps like ThinkUp (which won me in the end) have that. Nobody should have to pay $59.99 every year just to have to stay on the app/ not be able to listen to music, watch youtube videos, make calls etc (anything with sound). If the developers of this app can add that feature, then y’all would definitely be the best affirmation app in the world.
