Nothing works all video or photos failed

**Developer response:** Hey Grumpy A 70, videos and photos not loading is a real blocker — sorry you ran into this. Please reach out to our support team with your device model and app version so we can look into it. If we get it fixed, we'd appreciate you giving the app another shot.

I paid for a one time use of this service and they charged me $33.99 for another month even though I never gave them permission to do so. Avoid them like the plague. They are an unethical company.

They were not improved only regurgitated my uploaded photos. Very disappointed.
