Відсутня українська мова в спілці з українським направленням (зате є іспанська) 2. Не показує в реальному часі заборгованість по кредитці 3. Некоректно відображає залишок по кредиті (на сайті зі знаком + а в додатку зі знаком -) 4. Змінити адресу вдалось тільки з 2 разу і то тільки через сайт (не в додатку) 5. Не запамятовує даних рахунку яким платили за кредит (веб сторінка) 6. Оплатити кредит можна тільки через меню карти (в переказах і в інформації про рахунки не працює) 7. Не переказує інформацію про «джойнерів» до агентств кредитних рейтингів. І більше немає ніякого варіанту як це можливо зробити 🤦‍♂️…. Ні через сайт ні через що…. There is NO option / NO button within the App to log-out ! The access to my acct stays open even after I close and re-open the App; how about online mobile security protection? ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App don’t work *2025-04-25* The SelfReliance app is extremely frustrating to use. Basic features like messaging, making loan payments, and setting up ACH transfers constantly glitch or fail altogether. You would expect a financial app to be reliable, but instead, it’s a source of constant stress. Every time you try to do something simple, the app either crashes, freezes, or gives an error. If you’re thinking about using this app to manage your loan or accounts, be prepared to waste a lot of time and get very frustrated. Не розумію для чого добавили красивий фон, який займає велику частину екрану, а щоб побачити стан всіх рахунків, то потрібно «swipe» багато разів 🤫 надіюся UI/UX мене зрозуміють і скоректують це меню.
