i cant get in unless i make an account and there is no button to make an account nor does the company site have that option. will change the rating if this gets resolved.

I love the concept, but I am disappointed the only option for topics is relationships, and I could not navigate to any other topic, if there is something I am missing I would love to know!!

I like the concept of self therapy presented with Selftalk as its a great tool for getting into a meditative and self-reflective state of mind. I’m a fan of the expanding catalogue as well, worth it if you’re willing to put the work in :)

I’ve been feeling certain emotions towards my mom lately.
I’ve downloaded the app and generated an audio to transform my “anger” into “forgiveness” towards mom. 
I’ve felt a tremendous sense of relief from the first time I’ve listened to it.
I’ve been listening to the audio daily and I find it easier to control my emotions and focus on the positive sides of the relationship with my mom.
