Nobody seemed to care in helping me. Everything was “it is fixed” but it wasn’t, “contact this email”, “contact the hotel” I literally was without money because they charge me more than 2k before the date I agreed. I just wish we could search without putting in specific dates, sometimes I have to start a new search several times before finding availability instead of just seeing what’s available right away. It can be frustrating. There was no access to my account, trips, etc. I then loaded it on my iPhone and it worked fine. I have a 6th gen iPad mini running OS 16.2. I ran into a canceled flight which led me not to be able to go into the country of Portugal. I understood it was last minute to do much but to not even provide CREDIT/VOUCHER to be used at a later date is ridiculous. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN SELINA! I would have thought they have better customer service. Bad system ! *2023-06-23* App and hostel were okay for the most part. However, they should have clear pricing and self service for reservation modifications. I changed dates by chat in the app (pushed the stay by one day) because there isn’t a self service option. They raised the rate on me without informing me and refused to honor the quoted rates. They should improve their customer service or at least improve this app to inform customers of pricing if their staff is incapable of it. ### 1/5 — No point. *2023-06-20* Downloaded the app to redeem a free nights stay that I earned via the loyalty program tokens. Can’t seem to apply that “free night” to any time or place and the customer support is nonexistent. Also, you can keep up with all your past stays.
