They are picky and prices are low but that is 100% consistent with all other book buyers. Was having issues with the app, as of summer 2026, either the app is behaving better, or I am. ### 2/5 — No mass deletion options *2026-08-22, version 6.9.0* Every item you scan that they do not want to purchase is added to a shelf for some reason. On the app, there is no checkbox or option to mass delete the items in this apparently useless section of their app. This causes the user to be forced to individually delete every unwanted item, wasting valuable time and money. Try it, you will like it! ### 1/5 — Beware scammers *2026-08-21, version 6.9.0* I sent my perfect condition textbooks in a box and drop at the authorized mail carrier and they scan the barcode from my phone and then my package goes on. Well they got my package and said that it didn’t pass quality inspection cause my books were damage or fake and that they don’t have to provide me with photos or explain exactly why it was rejected. Also, they will bring up that I agree to that and they “recycle” their books. Mind you it was $8?!?! So I’m out of the textbooks and out of the money. If you read the other reviews down, it will say the same thing because they are scammers.
