On the app, there is no checkbox or option to mass delete the items in this apparently useless section of their app. This causes the user to be forced to individually delete every unwanted item, wasting valuable time and money. In my opinion, with the low amounts offered by this company, i believe they should at least try to streamline the user experience. ### 2/5 — Cheaper to Keep Her *2026-08-19, version 6.9.0* I have walls of books, all in new condition. Being now in a small one room apt they are in piles everywhere. My bookcase was too heavy to move with me so I gave it away. I thought this app would be a great way to sell all my books! Unfortunately they only pay .07- .23 cents for them! The box always arrive on time and the quality is always what it says is on the website. The prices are fair and I really appreciate that options for the sales and clearance.. One thing that I would include to help improve or make the app even better is having a wish list alert service. when I have a man of the books that I wish to purchase have a lower price or a used copy has been coming in stock alerted. there is often times where there’s a book that I wanted that is a full price that I’m unable to afford at the time and it would be great to put it in my wish list and that if it has come available of used or half the price or on sale and get notified, I think I would make more purchase! ### 5/5 — Fast and easy *2026-08-04, version 6.8.1* I tried two app. This one accepted more books and it was hassle free to scan and sell. ### 5/5 — Excellent!! *2026-08-03, version 6.8.1* This is such an easy and convenient way to sell books! Almost 2 weeks after I mailed the box in, I finally got the email telling me what they were accepting, rejecting, and claimed as missing. They claimed they did not receive half of the books I sent in. Where are they? Not still at my house. It’s funny how they “didn’t receive” the stuff that they were going to pay a higher amount on, which still was not nearly what I could have sold them for myself. Very convenient for them. I do not recommend using this company! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Fake Reviews *2026-08-30, version 7.0.0* I saw this on TikTok and I wanted to use it so that I could get rid of some of my very gently used books and they’re offering me $.28-$.30 per book to sell to them so don’t always go by the reviews or what we see on TikTok ### 1/5 — They kept my excellent condition books and didn’t paid me! *2026-08-29, version 6.9.1* This is the first time and last time I used this app. I sent my 3 books Harry Potter collection Illustrated version. They come in a very sturdy box case. In excellent condition never read it. They offered me in the app $36.00. I sent them with other books that I sold them for cents. But I was satisfied of selling my collection to a fair price because they were like new. Yesterday, I received the email saying the they were rejected because of “excessive damage” and they will be recycled. I sent an email requesting to return them to me if they won’t pay what they agreed in the beginning and the customer agent said that they reserve the right to reject items because they become owners when they receive them. So in other words: they can reject your items even if they are in excellent condition and won’t return them to you and won’t pay you either! What a scam! ### 1/5 — ITS A SCAMMM, I want my money 😡 cmon now *2026-08-29, version 6.9.1* This is a total scam, which seems weird considering other reviews. But for me, I sent the books with no issue, using the label they provided to me. Then, after maybe 2 weeks it said payment was sent. I saw nothing on my bank account, but waited for a few days before contacting support. They said ‘the payment was sent’, and to let them know if in a few days it still wasn’t showing up. It didn’t, and a little over a week after the payment was allegedly sent I still didn’t get it. I let them know, and all they said is they apologize for the delay, and have looked into the issue, and that they found that the payment was sent, no other resolution or help has been offered. Disappointed and upset, are yalls for real?! But whatever, I guess this type of stuff happens sometimes. ### 1/5 — Beware scammers *2026-08-21, version 6.9.0* I sent my perfect condition textbooks in a box and drop at the authorized mail carrier and they scan the barcode from my phone and then my package goes on. Well they got my package and said that it didn’t pass quality inspection cause my books were damage or fake and that they don’t have to provide me with photos or explain exactly why it was rejected. Also, they will bring up that I agree to that and they “recycle” their books. Mind you it was $8?!?! So I’m out of the textbooks and out of the money. If you read the other reviews down, it will say the same thing because they are scammers. I even have pictures of all my books because I knew they were fishy. ### 1/5 — NO PAYMENT! *2026-08-18, version 6.9.0* I sent in my first box June 29. Was “issued” payment July 8 but it didn’t show up in my account. Multiple emails back and forth confirming my PayPal account info. It’s Aug 18 and I STILL DON’T HAVE MY PAYMENT! ### 1/5 — Not Good *2026-08-12, version 6.9.0* They are definitely not reliable; they don't do what they say. Bs. ### 1/5 — blatant scam *2026-08-04, version 6.8.1* whenever you trade in your books they will reject whatever the most expensive one you sent in was, regardless of the condition that it was sent in. in my case, they were supposed to pay me $98 for a constitutional law textbook that i had bought new and opened maybe twice throughout the semester since i used the online textbook. it was in absolutely perfect condition when i sent it in, not a single thing written in it, not a single page missing, nothing. and they rejected it for being excessively damaged. customer service is useless as well. sell your books elsewhere, these guys will rip you off. ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-08-04, version 6.8.1* There’s not point in downloading they will only offer change for your books. Total waste of time ### 1/5 — Please do not sell on this app! *2026-07-29, version 6.8.1* I submitted books to sell and was told I would be getting a bit over $150 for them. All of the books have been read one time OR NOT AT ALL! One of the books was a Blacks Law Dictionary that the spine of the book wasn’t even cracked because I never used it in school. Once they had the books the decided that they would only be paying me LESS THAN HALF of what I was told saying the books didn’t meet the standards! They wouldn’t tell me what about them didn’t meet the standards either! They just stole these unused books!
