Can’t contact anyone for support. Never received a confirmation email when I sent books still waiting for payment ### 1/5 — Problem *2026-08-17, version 6.9.0* My account been disabled who knows Why? ### 1/5 — They made up water damage and mould claims!! *2026-08-17, version 6.9.0* I don’t believe the monthly competition is legit, it’s a scam. On my first trade, they only accepted two of my books for the competition. On my second trade, only two books were accepted again, and this time two books were rejected for false reasons. Sent in 8 items for second trade and 2 books were rejected. They claimed my CACHE Technical Level 3 Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care book was water damaged and had mould, but it clearly wasn’t. The book was brand new and in perfect condition. The other book was marked as having a missing or damaged spine, but the spine was fully intact too. Neither claim was true. I had to email and go through live chat to dispute it before they agreed to pay a goodwill amount. Seeing the same pattern of only two books accepted on both trades, plus made up damage claims, made it obvious something is off. It’s clearly a scam. I recommend you don’t send your books to them. They make up claims about water damage and mould when the books clearly aren’t damaged. ### 1/5 — Not paid for significant number of items that apparently went missing *2026-08-14, version 6.9.0* Sent approximately 80 items in four boxes, all of which were carefully weighed, packaged, clearly labelled and handed over to DPD when they came to collect. However I am missing nearly £20 worth of payment as apparently many of the items were not received. It seems a strange coincidence that the more valuable items (box sets and hardbacks) were the missing items apparently! There is also no way of contacting anybody about this other than via email, which I am yet to hear back from and doubt I will hear anything, as per the other reviews. I wish I had checked the reviews before sending multiple boxes at once, and would advise that if you are selling anything to this company that you photograph every item you package and resist sending everything in one shipment (eg. Send four separate trades, not four boxes of books for one trade). ### 1/5 — The demand books are so less in price *2026-08-12, version 6.9.0* Unhappy experience ### 1/5 — Don’t trust this app *2026-08-12, version 6.9.0* Having traded several times, no more. On multiple occasions, books I checked as I packed them to send for sale were listed as ‘not received’ and as there is no customer service, my books have disappeared into thin air, with no payment. Either the system doesn’t work, or they’re on the fiddle. Either way, you have better options to sell books elsewhere. ### 1/5 — They lie and steal from you. DO NOT USE THIS APP *2026-08-03, version 6.8.1* I sent in a box of dvds that I checked that everyone had a disc in it. When it came to them checking it they said missing disc and they rejected it but they don’t send it back to you or pay you for it. More than half of what I sent was rejected. DO NOT USE THIS APP ### 1/5 — Books Regularly Go missing *2026-07-30, version 6.8.1* Despite securely sealing my parcel and counting the number of books I send, regularly books mysteriously disappear from the box. I have had to start putting a packing slip in the parcel and taking a photo.
