When I open the app the listings that are over 60 days old are off to the side and I cannot use the buttons. After force closing a few times it will work properly. I feel vulnerable because I just uploaded all my info to the app just to be informed I need to pay? Where is the transparency for this app? My Suggestion: If this app said “Hey @poshmarkusername enjoy this version for the next 30 days for free and then pay $9.99/mo” Not only would it not be misleading to app downloaded by user but it will help the user get familiar to the apps true capabilities. I suggest it’s free for 30 days then prompt us app users to pay. I’ve reached out via FB & Insta using the links provided in the app and have had no response. I’ve also emailed and no reply to that either. Stats are nice but... ### 1/5 — Top Seller Disappointed *2021-01-24, version 1.2.0* I was excited to use this after being recommended by other top sellers and my IG followers. After pages and pages of introduction how to’s, downloading and uploading my sales report, calibrating the stats, the app finally started up only to tell me that it would only show me the results with a Pro subscription. The Free subscription is basically nonexistent. I was given no indication along the way that the features being promoted would not be available upon downloading the app. It is not noted in the App Store nor in the lengthy presentation needed to set up the app about the levels of subscription. The features look amazing but is misrepresented in the way you get them. I can afford the Pro subscription but feel mislead enough not to subscribe for now. Expectations need to be conveyed early and often. A 3 day trial is offered but that is not long enough to do much of anything. ### 1/5 — Unfortunate *2021-01-04, version 1.2.0* You can’t use any features in this app unless you pay a $10 monthly subscription. I wish they would just say that upfront instead of making it seem like you just won’t see some features because like no, you won’t see ANY features unless you pay. Yes, they do have a trial period but it’s only for 3 days. How can I determine if I want to keep something like this after 3 days? I’d suggest a 30 day trial so people can get a feel for it and decide if it’s something that would suit their business. When I first downloaded it, I had over 300 items that needed to be relisted. I’m no one special - just a random no name seller, but they seem very motivated to create the best app they can. Good customer service is the most important thing you can have from a company, everything else is second in my opinion. The features are great and super convenient. Crossposting and delisting/relisting feels like it would be cumbersome, but it’s really not. It’s fast, easy, and great for making sales. For crosslisting, I prefer it to Vendoo & List Perfectly because I can do it all from my phone - which is a MUST for my business. The analytics offered are priceless (still better than what Posh or ANY other platform gives you). They’re digestible and informative and have definitely helped me become more strategic. Bottom line - this app will help you make more money as a reseller on Posh, and the company is one you’ll feel good supporting. ### 5/5 — Say goodbye to randomized listings and hello to orderly listings *2021-05-04, version 1.6.0* I upgraded to pro subscription, and my Poshmark closet feels much better organized for my buyers and shoppers with search by category feature. Good bye random listings, and hello to intentional order! Staff support was responsive and adequate to technical inquiry. Seller Insight adds ease and joy to my daily work. The app couldn’t be better! ### 5/5 — This App is a MUST for the serious seller *2020-12-12, version 1.2.0* I have been utilizing this app for a couple of weeks now and I am blown away by the amount of functionality in this App and the ease of use! Once you initially load your sales data, the app syncs your data from that point forward and gives you all sorts of analytical capability shown in graphical and written format. Some of my favorite capabilities include the weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales tracking with ability to analyze by category, sub category, gender and size, the ability to identify aged inventory and easily relist within Poshmark, your average ASP, your actually pre-tax profit (by entering your buy cost as actual totals or an average cost), ability to quickly relist aged items workflowing between the app and Poshmark and the ability to craft sharing and offer to liker strategies based on such things as age of items and which items have the most likes. Now that I spent a couple of weeks using the app, I can’t imagine going back to spreadsheets to manage my Poshmark closet.
