I was quite disappointed to learn that Amazon Seller Central only offered push notification for new FBM orders, but not for each new FBA order. I get that when you have a huge Amazon business getting 100s/1000s of orders a day that this would become a nuisance, but until then, I wanted to get notified for every FBA sale. Seller Siren is the only App I found that offers this feature, among many other great features. The app is VERY basic, but does the job. The Pros: I love that you can enter custom product names that make the push notification shorter and quicker to see what you sold. I also love that you can pick from fun notification sounds. Lastly, for $32/yr, the price was great and worth it IMO. (The app has several other great features that I haven’t needed to use yet but can tell how beneficial they are.) The Cons: The push notifications are delayed about 10-20+ mins from when the order is placed. And the sale price for the order is not always accurate if you recently changed the price within a couple days. Overall, Seller Siren is a great app and could be even better with future updates. ### 2/5 — Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t *2023-01-27* So some days it lags behind real time sales by hours. Some days it doesn’t work at all (like today). There isn’t really a point in having it if it’s hours delayed vs just opening up the seller central app every once in a while. ### 3/5 — It works randomly *2022-11-30, version 3.0.7* It works on and off **Developer response:** Hi. The app stopped working on Black Friday due to high traffic and long delays in Amazon's API. Also, if you'd like a refund, you can request it via Apple under your subscription settings in your iPhone. The app works 95% of the time unless there is an issue with Amazon that we can't control, in which case there can be delays. In the end, it gets the job done. ### 4/5 — All new features *2022-10-20* This new version has a lot of useful features. It can now work in all marketplaces worldwide. Users now can receive push notifications with sounds whenever sales are made. The new version now has a dash board inside the app to make it fast and easy to review all sales. **Developer response:** Thanks! Hopefully you can update to 5 stars soon! :) ### 4/5 — Does what it’s supposed to *2020-12-14* At its core, this app does as claimed, and alerts you of a sale reliably, every time. Only 4 stars because the app has some visual bugs, and lacks the alert customization and other app features you’d expect for $35/year. It needs an update. **Developer response:** Thanks! We have recently updated the app in August 2022 to add functionality in all marketplaces, as well as a lot more data and customizable options for your notifications. We also added a sales dashboard within the app for a quick overview of your sales history. ### 2/5 — Paid for the app, now we have to pay again? *2020-03-10* This app was nice and usually worked pretty well for me. Sometimes it would suddenly stop working and I would find it deactivated, but maybe that was my own error. However, I paid a one time fee for this app over a year ago. I notice my sales aren’t making notifications so I open my app to see a mandatory update. Behind that update, I am forced to pay $5 a month to use the app? I like the app and I was fine with paying for it, but to pay $5 a month for an app with only one function, to make a ding sound, is a bit steep. As someone else mentioned, early users should be grandfathered in. Now charging $6.99 a month for giving a notification of a sale…that’s all it is! It is completely outrageous and shows the absolute greed of this developer that just wants to charge insane prices for almost doing nothing! Absolutely disgusting! Sorry for the previous inconvenience! ### 1/5 — No good *2022-08-03* Tried from two different devices. Still getting the same error message that my credentials are correct or the token is wrong. Tried reaching out to the support the other page. In the email bounced back because the mailbox is full. Waste of time. **Developer response:** Not sure what the issue was but the app works fine for all users. Amazon has also updated their account connection process to make it much more user friendly. Also, the push notifications include a lot more data such as product image, item name, price, and also options to include daily/weekly/monthly sales totals. It's also a lot easier to quickly connect your Seller Central account. I used to compulsively check my SC account to check for new sales, but Seller Siren saves me time by giving quick updates throughout the day while I'm on the go. It now works in all marketplaces, not just the USA. You can receive additional sales totals including your weekly, daily or monthly. It saves time by not having to login to Amazon seller central. The old version had some issues but the new version seems to work well and gives more data to track how sales are going. The developer has been communicative. The developer just added more features to make it available in all marketplaces worldwide, and added more data in the notifications such as product pictures and sales totals for the day/week/month. It’s a really great App for the price, keeps me updated with ease, and saves me a lot of time each week. ### 5/5 — I love this app! *2022-09-19, version 3.0.5* I love hearing the “cha-ching” sound when I get a sale on Amazon. I do a happy dance every time I hear it. Before this app, I use to check my seller central account constantly. I am also loving the new upgrades on the app. For example, I can see a thumbnail image of the product that was sold. I can see daily, weekly and monthly totals of the sales of each product. I also love that the developer often ask users for feedback on the app and that we are kept well aware of any updates occurring in the app. Overall, I am very satisfied with this app and I highly recommend it. ### 5/5 — Love it! *2021-12-07* Does what it’s supposed to do.
