I got this app hoping it would help me determine if used books were worth selling on Amazon. For that purpose the app is useless. It only works for new products. Furthermore, by my calculations I had 2 weeks to cancel my trial and was charged at the stroke of midnight and I’m not out $150 which seems shady to me. There are much better options, pick them over these guys!

I have only been selling on the Amazon platform for 9 months now, but the SellerAmp is the one app that I use on a daily basis, dozens of times a day.  They continue to improve the functionality and add features.  I read other notes about customer service, but they have always been quick to respond.  Good app overall and an essential tool for Amazon.

They make it hard to cancel your subscription. I canceled my subscription back in late December when I was still under the year plan and this July I got charged again!!!! Strict no cash back policy even though you haven’t used the app or services for over 6 months. Terrible.

Honestly, don’t download this app. You have to pay pretty much $20 a month or you can do a yearly subscription. It’s a complete rip off. There’s other apps out there that do this completely free and our way way way better.

Although this app helps!! It’s also a headache.. The app barely find items when scanning any products you have to use the amazon app or site to locate the Asin then copy and paste it to SellerAmp. Seems to be outdated !! And a lot of information it shows do not be accurate or up to date…
