パスワード忘れてリセットしたいけど返信メールが来ない。問い合わせても無視

パスワード再設定について、メール内のリンクを開いた先で手続きを完了できない不具合が発生しておりました。現在は修正済みです。8月下旬にお試しいただいた場合、この不具合に該当していた可能性が高く、ご迷惑をおかけいたしました。お手数ですが、改めてログイン画面の「パスワードをお忘れですか？」から再設定をお試しください。

再設定メール自体が届かない場合は、迷惑メールフォルダのご確認と、ご登録のメールアドレス（別のアドレスでご登録の場合があります）をご確認ください。それでも届かない場合はこちらでお調べいたしますので、sellerbook.app.customer@gmail.com までご連絡ください。

売上や純利益の情報が見られないバグがあり、使えません。
→修正いただきありがとうございました。
ただ、すでに諦めてセラーブック1を継続して使ってます。修正後に移行しようと思いましたが、移行は一回のみだったので使えませんでした。

**Developer response:** 先の返信で「対応を進めております」とお伝えしていた再取り込みに対応いたしましたので、ご報告いたします。

v2.8.17 以降では、すでに移行済みのショップでも「設定 > SellerBook1 から移行」の「再取り込み（追加分のみ）」から、まだ取り込まれていない分だけを追加できます。一度移行したショップでもやり直していただけます。

・同じバックアップでも、SellerBook1 で新しく書き出したバックアップでも構いません。後者を選んでいただくと、移行後にセラーブック1で追加された分もそのまま取り込めます
・追加のみの動作のため、SellerBook2 側の既存データが変更・削除されることはありません。取り込み済みのデータは自動でスキップされます
・写真も v2.8.15 以降で引き継げるようになりました（旧セラーブック v2.11.3 の「写真パックを書き出す」→ 同じ移行画面の「写真の取り込み」）

一点、あらかじめお伝えします。移行特典の 30 日間 Plus は再付与されないため、無料プランの登録上限（300 件）を超える場合は有料プランが必要になります。ご判断の材料としてください。

**Developer response:** ご不便をおかけし、大変申し訳ございませんでした。ご報告の「売上や純利益が見られない」症状は、当時の配信手順の不備によりサーバー側で発生していた不具合が原因で、現在は解消しております。最新バージョンでは再発防止の仕組みも導入いたしました。App Storeから最新版へアップデートのうえ、お試しいただけますと幸いです。万一改善しない場合は、アプリ内の「お問い合わせ」からご連絡ください。責任を持って対応いたします。

写真でどのような商品か管理している部分があるので、引き継ぎできないのが残念です。アップデートで良くなることを期待しています。

**Developer response:** ご要望をお寄せいただきありがとうございます。お待たせいたしました、写真の引き継ぎに対応いたしました。

旧セラーブック（v2.11.3）の移行画面にある「写真パックを書き出す」で写真パックを作成し、SellerBook2（v2.8.15 以降）の「設定 > SellerBook1 から移行 > 写真の取り込み」で読み込むと、移行済みの売上・商品マスタに写真が紐づきます。

すでに移行を終えられている場合は、同じ画面の STEP1 で、移行に使ったバックアップファイル（.sb1backup.json.gz）をもう一度選択してください。写真の紐付けに必要な情報を復元してから、STEP2 で写真パックを取り込む流れになります。枚数が多くても、途中で中断して再実行すれば続きから取り込めます。

両アプリを最新版に更新のうえ、お試しいただけますと幸いです。うまくいかない場合は、アプリ内の「お問い合わせ」からご連絡ください。ご指摘をいただけたおかげで対応できました。ありがとうございました。

前回のセラーブックもそうですが、何故か数字入力する際たまに、カーソルが出なくてイライラしてたんですが今回もたまにカーソル出なくなるんですよね
しかも、前回のセラーブックに比べて頻繁に症状が出る。iPadで使用してるけど関係あるのか？
引き継ぎも画像は引き継ぎで来てなくて非常に残念。
300件しか登録も出来ない。とりあえず使用してみて
ダメだったら、前使ってたセラーブックな戻そうかな。

**Developer response:** その後の調査結果と対応をご報告いたします。

■ 数字入力のカーソル

原因は iPadOS 26 での OS 側の仕様変更（数字キーボードが、カーソル位置に小さなパッドを表示する方式に変わった）でした。「iPad で使用しているけど関係あるのか」というご指摘のとおり、iPad 固有の問題です。v2.8.13 で従来のキーボード表示に戻す対応を行い、iPad 実機で iOS 標準キーボードでは正常に表示されることを確認できました。

ただし、他社製のキーボードアプリをお使いの場合は症状が残ることも分かっています。キーボードの表示自体はそちらのアプリが担っているため当方から直接修正することができず、当面は数字入力の際にキーボード左下の地球儀マークを長押しして iOS 標準キーボードに切り替えていただく方法が最も確実です（メモ欄を先にタップする方法より確実です）。アプリ側でできる対応がないか、引き続き調査しております。

■ 写真の引き継ぎ

対応いたしました。旧セラーブック v2.11.3 の移行画面「写真パックを書き出す」で作成した写真パックを、SellerBook2 v2.8.15 以降の「設定 > SellerBook1 から移行 > 写真の取り込み」で読み込めます。すでに移行済みの場合は、同じ画面の STEP1 で移行に使ったバックアップファイルを再選択してから取り込んでください。

無料プランの上限です。旧セラーブックから移行された方には、移行日から30日間、Plus 相当（登録件数無制限）を自動で付与しております。

UIも今風でおしゃれで、とても使いやすいです

似たような売り上げ管理アプリを複数入れてみましたが、これが1番使いやすいです

１つお願いがあります

プラスプランでショップを2店舗まで増やしていただけませんか？

せどりの管理と、不用品販売の管理を分けたいです
せどりは仕入れ資金があるので、どれくらい儲かったのか計算したいですし、不用品の方は、仕入れ0円の物もあるので、儲けというより、どれくらい得したのかを知りたいので、別々に分けたいです

プロプランでショップ5店舗解放されますが、お高いですし、自分にはオーバースペックになってしまいます

もしプラスプランでショップが2店舗まで解放されたら、即加入したいと思います

他のアプリではなく、このアプリをより使い倒したいです！

**Developer response:** 励みになるご感想をありがとうございます。せどりと不用品を分けて把握したい、というご要望はとてもよくわかります。現在はPlusが1店舗、複数店舗はProのみという構成ですが、プラン内容の見直しは継続して検討しており、いただいたご意見は今後の設計の材料として大切に受け止めます。当面の方法として、商品カテゴリーを「せどり」「不用品」で分けていただくと、売上一覧でカテゴリーを絞り込んだ際に上部の集計（売上・利益・仕入など）もそのカテゴリーだけで再計算されますので、1店舗のままでも分けて確認いただけます。今後ともよろしくお願いいたします。
