The only problem is that doesn’t always stay connected. After a while I will stop getting notifications. However, when using this app on iPad it will not turn to landscape orientation and can only be used vertically. You might think that’s not a big deal, but if you have your iPad connected in a case with a keyboard, then it makes it very cumbersome also having your keyboard flopping vertically to the side. Hopefully they can make this app support landscape mode in the future, then I’ll be likely to use it more, but for now I’m going to pass on switching from the free version until it’s in a format that I can readily use with ease. I also wish there were more ways for me to filter out my order lists from FBA versus non-FBA orders and more date range filtering. For example: adding a few toggle switches in the headers of different lists like the “recent orders” list on the main dashboard to allow to toggle between things like FBA, Merchant, ALL I think this app has a lot of potential, but for it’s current functionality I do think the pricing tiers are a bit on the high side. I think me and many more newer sellers would be much more likely to step into a paying tier if there were some lower paid tiers that I could start with then graduate into the higher paying tiers. ### 1/5 — Not good *2019-12-27, version 5.1.97* I messaged to cancel pay to month, but they don’t answer me to i can cancel , and it alway automatic charge my money ### 1/5 — Do not download *2019-12-13, version 5.1.97* Do not download this app. I decided to give it a try and linked it with my amazon. AS SOON AS YOU LINK IT IS REQUIRES YOU TO PUT IN A CARD TO CONTINUE. I declined and contacted amazon support to remove the link from my account but it is spamming my inbox with active listing reports it keeps requesting from amazon. I am not joking when I say I am getting at least 2 emails per hour from this app that is not even installed on my phone anymore and the only way to fix it is to give them my card number or wait for amazon to change it. It is driving me crazy! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Don’t use! *2023-01-12, version 9.1.36* Amazon is the worst for any seller. Sellers have to worship at the fact that they are able to sell on this platform. If you make a mistake or some buyer makes a ridiculous claim about you. The Corporate Thugs will will make you jump through more hoops than a train monkey working for peanuts and bananas to be able to sell on their site again, as well as freezing all you funds you have made. It happen to me. After that, I will be forever against this slave driver corporation. They don’t care about vendors, employees, city’s or states. They just care about their money and how fast they can make it! Not You! ### 1/5 — Not working *2022-03-15, version 8.1.33* The app isn’t loading.. I restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, still nothing. That kinda sucks ### 1/5 — Nowhere it tells you there is a charge *2021-03-31, version 7.1.49* I’d consider the app but first there is absolutely no place that tells you the charge you and how much the charges are or how to cancel the service. There is no way I’m going to give you my credit card with no idea how much it’s going to charge my card. On that note I was not able to try the app to give it a good rating. I’d be glad to pay but not with out telling me the price ### 1/5 — No way to unsubscribe, no help from support *2021-01-31, version 7.1.49* Absolutely awful, no way to unsubscribe after the payment info is in for the trial, and no way contact from support no matter how I try to contact them, on app messenger, email, etc. Download to check it out and try to unsubscribe, see there is absolutely no place to do that, try to contact the app makers to talk about it before the trial is up, no response, $60 taken from bank account, still no response. Do not mess with this app, it is a money grab that will take your cash and ignore you. ### 1/5 — Difficult to set up.
