So now I have to go back and forth between the small thumbnails and my photos file to search for the correct image. Takes a lot of time. Hopefully this will be solved soon. **Developer response:** Sorry to hear that you had some difficulties with photos. We now have a desktop web version of the app that will allow you to see and rearrange your photos more easily without relying on a tiny thumbnail. We hope you will give the desktop version a try! ### 1/5 — No Consistency. Not worth it. *2021-05-04* After using this app a couple weeks AND complaining to SellHound, there is just no consistency in their work since they’re using multiple people. You’re better off hiring your own VA and training them the way you like to list. I sell shoes. Here’s just some examples: keyword spamming, entering keywords that don’t matter, missing model numbers that were provided, incorrect shoe widths, inaccurate pricing…etc. It’s just not worth the service if you have to check every listing they do. They have a lot of work to do to make this a viable option. **Developer response:** Thanks for giving SellHound a try. Sorry to hear that the system didn't work for your business model. With the latest update you have to have an account to see any of the features. I’m not making an account to use a feature that shouldn’t require one. **Developer response:** Dear Krrrrrrrran, Thank you for letting us know about your feelings regarding the use of our free Price Comparison Fetch Engine service. I certainly appreciate how this new requirement to create an account to use this free feature could be challenging especially if you've used this free feature for a while now. Best The SellHound Team ### 1/5 — Updated 1/21 App No Longer Works *2021-01-22* I downloaded this app because it made finding comps so much easier and faster. Then it wouldn’t load when I tried to search for something. Stuff like this is typical when an update is ready so I checked and lo and behold there was one available so I did that. Once updated I was given no choice but to make an account where I didn’t need one before, and then when I tried to make one it just started crashing every time I finished putting in my info and tapped the join button. Needless to say I’m going back to the old way of checking comps instead of wasting my time fighting with this app. **Developer response:** Dear Mrank81, Thank you for letting us know about these issues. Best The SellHound Team ### 1/5 — Unusable , crashes continually, “workarounds “ 100% no good *2020-11-13, version 2.4.2* Have used this service for about six months but in last week or so it’s literally unusable. Absolutely positively will not open on iPhone X , despite jumping through every hoop proposed ( airplane mode- really?) and being completely updated. Now my listings are held hostage as I can’t even open the app to make them live and have no way to see how much money I have stored to get a refund. Get it together people; extremely unprofessional. On an iPad, it's litterly the size of a phone screen. So if you were hoping to use it on a larger device, it's sized. Can't rotate the app. Maybe not an issue for some but when you want to edit a price, the keyboard covers the field. The app and web portal still is accepting payments and seems to be functional. I’ve found out through Vendoo the company is now defunct and no longer. Do not purchase anything from this company ### 1/5 — Too expensive *2023-06-23* They keep raising the price to unrealistic amounts. I liked it when it made more financial sense, but I’d rather just keep $2-3 per listing and do it myself, since I had to double check and edit their stuff anyway ### 1/5 — Just No *2022-09-28* Wait time is so inconsistent. Sometimes they get listings to you in 24 hours and sometimes the wait is over one month! Then, when you get the listings there will be several misspellings or inaccurate info, plus title words that are too generic like “fashion.” They say the long wait is because they’re training new people and it will improve by the end of the month and then the next month they say the same thing. **Developer response:** Please give our app a try again! I rely on this service to grow my business. If there are issues, they work quickly to get them resolved and to improve the app to make things more efficient. I am a current user and will continue to use this app as my business expands. ### 5/5 — This is how you scale on eBay! *2022-02-07* I am one of those people with a death pile of 200 items lol. Sitting around for weeks after weeks because I just hate listing even though I know its a pile of money. I really dont mind taking pictures but the research I dread because it can sometimes take me 20 minutes to research a $5 item, which is a waste of time for me. However, this app changed the game for me. I am 100% a lifelong customer with these people. All you do is take a photo and wapowww! A perfect listing, plus you can add your own template in settings. Getting the email that your listing is ready to be put on eBay is almost as satisfying as a Buy notification. Sell hound has FINALLY made listing fun and more importantly VERY scaleable. It will cost me less than $175 to list my death pile with each and every listing absolutely perfect. I cant believe it took me 4 years and a YT video titled "How to list items on eBay fast" to find this app... ### 5/5 — Tired of Drafting? *2021-04-28* Tired of drafting? Just take the pictures of your fashion items with your phone and follow the simple format. Shortly thereafter you will receive back a completed competitive ready to list eBay listing for your review. Instead of me having to spend time looking up ebay comps for my listings I can let SellHound do it for me and spend my time on other important aspects of my business. I love how easy it is to utilize the app, and the descriptions that Sellhound creates for my listings are detailed and searchable. Sometimes I may have a piece of clothing that doesn’t have tags or is no name brand but that isn’t a problem for this app! Usually within a day Sellhound has created a detailed listing with competitive pricing, and if they have any questions for me they let me know by email.
