### 1/5 — Inconvenient

*2016-11-01, version 1.0.11*

If job is scheduled to be done during the current week, app does not indicate the date of the job , but the Weekday only. Therefore it is very inconvenient to schedule another job without looking at the separate calendar.
That would be nice to have a real calendar build in the app indicating all scheduled jobs.

### 1/5 — Not Good

*2016-10-14, version 1.0.11*

There are serious problems with this AP. I am an authorized service provider and the AP does not allow me to get a customer signature after performing the work. The call goes to overdue status as soon as I arrive and then the customer signature feature is disabled. Without a customer signature, I cannot get paid by Amazon. I have contacted Amazon 4 times to get this resolved including escalating to supervisors twice and still have not received payment or a solution to the problems with the AP.

### 1/5 — Stuck in Limbo

*2016-09-09, version 1.0.11*

App worked once.
Now it's grayed-out and just sitting on my iPhone like it's in the middle of an update but it's not.
Can't use it, can't delete it.
I have never seen an app do this before.

### 1/5 — Awful app

*2016-07-26, version 1.0.11*

My business partner and I are both "authorized" to redeem yet the app hasn't worked and we have two job pending/overdue and Amazon support is not supporting. So frustrating

### 1/5 — Avoid

*2016-07-18, version 1.0.11*

Buyers send you a massage and as a seller you can't see it or reply it.
Very bad

### 1/5 — Doesn't open

*2016-04-28, version 1.0*

Crashes upon opening iPhone 4 iOS 7.

### 1/5 — Way too complicated

*2016-04-11, version 1.0*

We thought we’d give Amazon a go. You know they’re a big company probably could get us lots of jobs. The process is way to involved and complicated. Now they want a customer signature in the app from customers. This is too much. They should partner with someone in the field, who understands all sides of the process like ServiceX, and has a much better process and product for getting services done for both the customers and the pros.

### 1/5 — App force closes not working

*2016-03-21, version 1.0*

App is force closing on my iphone 4s on ios 7

### 1/5 — Screen freezes of goes off

*2026-03-17, version 3.0.9*

Constantly problem with screen freezing up or goes blank.

### 1/5 — No update on resumption of AHS

*2020-10-13, version 1.1.10*

No updates, no replies to emails. A veteran AHS with over 2k 5star ratings dropped like nothing with no replies to status updates.

### 1/5 — Buggy, useless

*2020-08-11, version 1.1.9*

App itself is terrible. Buggy, loads improperly, difficult to navigate, seems like you’re on an ancient website not a mobile app.

### 1/5 — Not work on IOS 13

*2019-10-04, version 1.1.7*

The last up date is the one year ago.
That is terrible!

### 1/5 — ???

*2019-09-01, version 1.1.7*

I still have yet to get a lead. This has cost me a few bucks too. Very disappointed.

### 1/5 — Beware

*2019-08-16, version 1.1.7*

Customers can scam contractors. You can do the job the and the customer can go back and mess with it trying to do it them selves then mess it up. They will then call Amazon and say I want to submit a claim. Amazon is so big they do not look at the claims they just process them. The app will charge you for a order that Amazon has cancelled. They will say we will give you more for this order then when you put the claim they will say. We don’t see it. I don’t have time to be looking for stuff on the computer all day back tracking looking for emails verifying emails that they have already sent. I don’t get paid for that. I get paid to work. Amazon does not send enough jobs for me to hire someone one.

### 1/5 — I guess I am not the only one!?

*2019-04-05, version 1.1.7*

Been approved and all ok.
Downloaded the app.
Two weeks?
Don’t even know if Ad is on and live.
No requests. Zero.
Are there updates?
Knock knock,amazon!
Is it the app? Is it me? Is it my phone? Or is it amazon!
After reading the comments, will just have to wait and see.
Disappointing.

### 1/5 — Abandoned App?

*2019-02-18, version 1.1.7*

It seems that Amazon has either abandoned this app or simply doesn’t care to provide useful tools to their service providers.

At the time of this writing (Feb 2019) the app hasn’t been updated in 11 months and still doesn’t support modern iPhone sizes from the 2017 iPhone X and onward.

Notifications are hit and miss and the app has constant server side 404 errors while messaging and trying to integrate with the web based dashboard.

### 1/5 — Prime Membership is a lie.

*2017-09-13, version 1.1.2*

You had promised to deliver any prime item within 1-2 days.
But after 6 days of buying prime membership, you are unable to deliver prime membership kit.
Neither prime video is working.
You don't have maximum numbers of items and your search results are pathetic.

### 1/5 — Don't depend on Amazon..

*2016-12-28, version 1.0.11*

Don't depend on Amazon to be an intricate part of your business cash flow. If you do you'll be forced to depend on this App. Beyond being very poor design wise. The nightmare scenario is that ALL jobs come through now only as notifications on this app. Between my partner and I we have had our app stop notifying us three time. Notifications are on the App just bugs out. Over the holiday it took days for us to realize this and we have for the first time since we started working with Amazon, a completely empty calendar. Add on top of this the uncertainty how you get awarded jobs and the huge Amazon Tax they charge on every job and you have yourself a mess.

I have to say that one positive thing is they do allow you some control over your costs vs. other services. I can take a job and know what I'll be paid. With other services you pay to bid and unfortunately customers many times are just testing he waters with those services. Here they have committed to buy with a predetermined price.

## Most praised reviews (6 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Talk to customer cAre

*2020-11-22, version 1.1.10*

Maine abi tak kaam kiya hai or paisa Ni milega or customer care number ka no Ni mil rha hai kya yahi Amazon hai mera payment or customer care Mujhe call kre sala customer care ka no Ni hai

### 4/5 — 🙄

*2020-07-06, version 1.1.8*

I RATE 4 STARS I LOVE THIS BUT I NEED TO SIGN IN

### 3/5 — Communicating with customers

*2018-03-21, version 1.1.7*

Amazon gives you a number to send a text message to the customer. This number is not verified by Amazon. It is often an old number and a landline that will not receive the text messages that you send to confirm the appointment.
Also the contact for Amazon is the customer contact, not the service provider. You always have to wait on hold, give your information and then get transferred and wait on hold again.

### 3/5 — Needs some more work

*2017-03-28, version 1.1.2*

I appreciate being able to sell services on Amazon. That program is fine. I just think the Selling Services app needs some attention. I have my alerts enabled for the app, but I never get a notification or app badge when I have a new request for estimate. Fortunately I still get email alerts, but sometimes those get buried with junk and I want to be able to reply to a quote request as fast as I can. Also, I spent quite a bit of time setting up various packages and prices in my online account, but I don't have any access to those packages through the app. This means more time creating a custom bid every time. I'm a little confused in where those packages actually come into play in the customer's experience. I know this is still sort of a new system that Amazon is rolling out so I look forward to seeing the various issues resolved over time.

### 3/5 — A few kinks

*2016-06-20, version 1.0.11*

I understand this is a new app and a new service which Amazon is offering and I definitely appreciate it. I think they should have had more updates by now. It's getting the customers frustrated and the contractors .

Also if we an have the app link up to our calendar so we can automatically save the schedule on to the calendar for convenience.

My calendar on my iPhone reminds me of upcoming events and its syncs up with all my devices , so if I could easily put the dates and customers information from the Sellers services app to my iPhone calendar This would be a big help.

Please more updates to work out the kinks .

Thanks

### 2/5 — Badge app icon...

*2016-09-17, version 1.0.11*

Just like unread emails, things that need action should keep the badge and number of whatever needs action. Especially when users want a request after business hours.
