The estimated pricing is inconsistent and there are a lot of glitches and bugs that occur when trying to list or connect to other platforms. Encountered numerous bug issues, lag, and constant updates that i feel this app was rushed. It does what it’s supposed to do by helping price items and create listings quickly. However, it occasionally crashes or randomly signs me out, which gets frustrating. It also seems to think we’re still in 2023, so it doesn’t properly support items from 2026. If those issues were fixed, it’d be a much better app. ### 2/5 — Slow and doesn’t get sales. *2026-07-31, version 5.14* Since I’ve downloaded the app, I’ve made 0 sales from this app yet, on listings I’ve done myself differently on eBay I’ve made 9 sales, and on facebook I’ve had 4 sales all from listings myself and not SellRaze. Also the integrations are slow to load, and you are locked into editing your eBay listing through SellRaze if you used it to list. eBay doesn’t let you revise listing made by SellRaze but you can still revise listing you did yourself without SellRaze. ### 5/5 — Brighter future *2026-07-29, version 5.13* Can’t wait ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — SellRaze *2026-08-25, version 5.18* Charged a large subscription fee without my knowledge and can’t get in contact with support for a reimbursement. ### 1/5 — Bad *2026-08-25* Kept assuming I was in the us and would not let me do anything do not download ### 1/5 — BEWARE : Scammers & Fraudsters!! *2026-08-19, version 5.18* If you offer a “FREE” Trial period and a subscriber cancels during the “FREE” Trial period, then why do you continue to try and charge my credit card for $44.99?? Do you understand that this is FRAUD?!?!? I have the cancellation confirmation as well as my Apple Account App Store Log showing that I cancelled well within the timeframe, but yet every day since I cancelled, you desperately try to charge my card which I have the transactions to show that SellRaze is trying to charge me for a subscription that I don’t even have. Can you please check and see that I do not have an active substation past my FREE Trial period. I had a feeling that this was going to be a shady service and that is why I placed a “freeze” on my card because I had a feeling that this would happen and I was right. Stop trying to charge people that canceled their subscriptions to your service. If you weren’t so grimy and being such a con artist, I was actually considering a subscription plan, but trying to charge me for something I didn’t purchase and to continue trying on a daily basis, shows me that you’re doing this app to scam people. ### 1/5 — Bad app other crosslisters are better *2026-08-16, version 5.17* Inefficient, this app has one attribute that lures people in but little do they know it’s underdeveloped and works terribly. There on Stage 1 of many for a crosslisting app and have a lot of work to do in the future. ### 1/5 — False Advertisement / No Support *2026-08-14* I have unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with SellRaze. The app has been plagued by constant bugs, syncing issues, and features that simply do not work as advertised. For a service that charges customers a subscription fee, I expected a much more reliable product and a higher level of support when problems arise. What has been most frustrating is the lack of meaningful assistance from the development and support team. When customers are paying for a service, especially one that is supposed to help manage listings across multiple marketplaces, reliability and responsive support should be a priority. Several of the features advertised as part of the service have either not worked properly or have been extremely inconsistent in my experience. These issues defeat the entire purpose of using a cross-listing platform in the first place. If I could go back, I would not have downloaded SellRaze or paid for the subscription. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this app to other resellers. Hilarious since I verified the subscription in my Apple account. They have zip zero nada ways to contact a customer support person. As such I have had to ask Apple to step in and provide me with a refund. What a joke! You will be charged. ### 1/5 — Get nifty fb is coming don’t know when but it will be worth the wait *2026-07-31, version 5.14* It logged me out and I can’t sign back it in it just keeps loading and I’m sure there is an email I can contact but honestly don’t wanna do the generic back and forth tried logging in with google no luck dried the phone number and resetting the password option and it never deleted the app nothing etc don’t waist your time get nifty ### 1/5 — not accurate, too buggy *2026-07-29, version 5.13* i payed for a subscription for a year and i connected it to my Depop account (@calebmario) so that it would list stuff there. it wouldn’t list stuff accurately. i sold a pair of vans sneakers that were men’s size 9, it determined from the photo that the shoe said women’s size 9, which was inaccurate. this caused me to loose money. in another instance i had a photo where my lens was a little bit dirty and where the splotches were it marked in the description as stains. it’s a great concept but i would not invest in it. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Great for business *2026-08-23, version 5.18* So glad I started off with this one.
