I’ve reviewed this before, and it still is the worst. You would hope for improvement, but no. I’d rather have prospects send carrier pigeons to the dealership with leads. Seems like that would be more reliable.

Avoid this. The dealership I work at uses this, and it’s just pathetic. Any time they update, they mess up things. I’ve been waiting for a couple weeks to get a problem fixed where I don’t get notifications on a new lead. Still nothing. I have to manually check all day to see if there is a new lead. If you’re in sales, you know it’s important to reach out to those who inquire as soon as possible. I would say you get what you pay for, but that’s not even the case.

If I could leave no stars it would be justified. Have been tryna get my bug fixed for weeks and I have yet to have my problem resolved in a matter of time. Highly suggest dealers look elsewhere

Quite literally the worst CRM app I have ever used on a mobile device.

Does not work for iPhone 13 Pro Max. 
This app is completely useless as I cannot use it to text potential customers as well as existing customers. I have expressed my concerns with Support and they have had me uninstall and reinstall the app going on 10 times. The texting feature does not work.

If this wasn’t the only way I could receive leads through my employer, I would never is it. Worst app ever. Anytime there is an update, there is nothing but issues.  Hasn’t been an update for a while, and again I stopped getting notifications. Takes forever to load screens, email works sometimes. If you’re an employer who is looking for a lead distribution platform, do your employees a favor and look elsewhere.

### 5/5 — Great CRM Application for Mobile and Computers

I love the ease of use and filters for this application, templates have helped me as well and it has decent integration with Wayne Reaves inventory software as well. My ONLY complain with this program is that a vehicle has to be attached to a customer in order to put the in the “Lost” stage but other than that it is a solid option for iOS devices. There are compatibility issues with some Android devices based on screen size differences but other than that it is a great application.
