App doesn’t allow you to specify how many WC’s are needed. Perhaps because WC’s are often separate from shower/bathrooms - in any case it’s very frustrating if your family needs more than one toilet as it is rarely a crisis if there are not two showers! Also frustrating is the difference between “rooms” and “bedrooms”. Other real estate apps for France offer better choices of search terms. **Developer response:** Good morning, thank you for your precious feedback. If you are still experiencing problems, you can email us at mobile@seloger.com. ### 1/5 — Trop d’IA et mauvaise UX *2025-07-28, version 10.23.0* L’application était bien avant sa refonte. Maintenant il est devenu impossible de chercher correctement et de trouver quoi que soit : majorité des annonces sont du neuf avec photos IA, même quand on décoche la case, difficile de naviguer entre ses différentes recherches sauvegardées (d’ailleurs les critères ont été effacés pour la plupart ), et surtout, l’option terrasse a mergé avec balcon, ce qui rend la recherche terrasse impossible car trop de résultats. Du coup, je n’utilise plus l’application et je ne suis sûrement pas la seule. Expérience utilisateurs proche de zéro, navigation non fluide non intuitive. Vous devriez avoir un mouchard pour repérer les photos IA. They only send a pdf with a list of criteria but they don’t actually explain what the issue with your advert is. ### 1/5 — Une experience catastrophique *2023-12-06, version 6.69.1* La creation du compte qui échoue 50 fois, puis qui réussît avec l identifiant google mais qui echoue sur un autre appareil me forçant a utiliser un identifiant apple sur iPhone et google sur iPad. Messages : “ une erreur s est produite, veuillez re essayez plus tard..”.. Les développeurs , arrêtez de fumer la moquette et bosser un peu sur votre app. Et je vous passe des pubs “stephane plazza” qui se positionnent dans la recherche toutes les 4 annonces. Une honte. ### 1/5 — C’est codé par des stagiaires ? *2023-09-05, version 6.63.0* L’application est bourrée de bugs très gênants pour la recherche, et ça fait des mois que ça dure. Si vous avez plusieurs recherches enregistrées, impossible de switcher correctement entre elles. J’ai l’impression que les critères de recherche appliqués changent de manière aléatoire. Pareil, en changeant entre list et carte, on ne retombe plus sur la même recherche… Bien sûr, ces problèmes ne disparaissent pas en redémarrant l’appli. Bref, vivement les correctifs ### 1/5 — Lots of fake listings *2023-08-18* SeLoger needs to upgrade its verification process now that it also accepts listing from personal property owners. I personally was contacted by scammers asking for cash deposits (Tickets Neosurf or TONEOFIRST) in response to rental listings. ### 1/5 — ?!?!?! *2023-06-05, version 6.57.0* I downloaded this looking for property in France. It seems to describe itself as the number one, free to use property site. Whilst there is no English version (probably intentionally) my spoken and written French which is fine to get by in France physically wasn’t good enough to use this app. I tried hard for 4 or 5 hours to use it, and to be fair, my first search was fine but after that - nope. Compared to the likes of rightmove where you can set search radius, and search multiple times - zero progress. I genuinely don’t even think it’s a language barrier thing. The functionality is just really limited compared to U.K. and US property listings. I’ve been trying to buy another property in France for 6 years but simply can’t find a place that lists effectively what is for sale, where. It’s too hard. I give up. France is still “ferme” - as it was when we first had a house their 25 years ago. Our first house was found through a friend. Cannot access the app at all. **Developer response:** Hello, thank you for your feedback. The issue has been fixed in the last app version. Please update your app. ### 1/5 — SCAM FEST! ARNAQUES CONSTANTES! *2022-08-14* *Toutes* les annonces de « meublés » sont des arnaques! Faire très attention, et surtout ne JAMAIS transmettre sa CNI ou une somme de « réservation » à des soi-disant propriétaires qui ne sont « pas sur place pour faire visiter » ou exigent des preuves que vous êtes « un locataire potentiel ». SeLoger ne fait suite à aucune plainte et n’a aucun système en place pour éviter les arnaques. *Every single* post for “furnished” apartments is a scam. Beware, and NEVER email your ID or any money to “reserve” a place to supposed landlords who are “away” and can’t organize visits, or ask for you to prove that you are a serious applicant.
